The Shack Cafe

Great breakfast, excellent staff, good portions. Went twice, both times great grub. Reasonably priced compared to other eateries in area.

Friendly service, great breakfast burrito.

We were not impressed. Our watress was in a huge hurry and was running to her next table before we could even finish ordering. Not to mention another watress there was wearing shorts so short her buttcheeks were hanging out. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak which was undercooked and I got an omelet that barely had any egg which was disguised under a pile of cheese.

Very busy place but they are incredibly organized and efficient, it’s a well oiled machine! I love breakfast there, can’t wait to go back. I recommend either “The Choice” or “The Hobo” with the green chili salsa!

Walked in 15mins before close and didn't realize. Shared a Blt with hubby and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will stop next time we are passing through just not before closing. They were so kind.

I try to review restaurants I eat at, kinda spaced on these guys, I have lived in the boat for 10+ years, ate here many times, the service is awesome, the food is always great, so sorry it took so long for review, but, you guys rock! Keep it up!

Very nice, affordable local spot for breakfast

This is my favorite breakfast spot to frequent in Steamboat. Its a small joint that can get pretty busy, especially on the weekends. Services moves quickly even if there’s a waitlist. It’s fairly cheap, the portions are nice & the staff is always very friendly!

Good stop for breakfast in downtown Steamboat Springs

Great little home town feel to the cafe. Wonderful breakfast. Definitely on the "recommended" list.
