720 Fusion Fresh

On the trip to visit my friends and two of us are big sushi funs, so we decided to have a “sushi night” being exhausted after having fun of skiing. The sashimi was absolutely fresh and fairly big portion for three people. The service was attentive, most importantly they serve the food pretty speedy!

It's a great experience. I like the sushi here very much. It's delicious, especially crazyhorse and spy101. Fried rice also surprised me very much. The service is very satisfactory. My friends and I like it very much. Next time I come to ski, I will definitely come here for dinner. The boss is really good.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst dining experience. This place has no hospitality or understanding on service. The food was bad but service what was really frustrating me, it’s not that hard to be kind.

We showed up at 3pm and there wasn’t a sole there. They still managed to provide terrible service. First we received our sushi rolls before glasses of water or silverware? Then our friend order pineapple fried rice with tofu and vegetables, when it came with meat we explained they are vegetarian. The server refused to correct the dish as if it was our fault and told we’d have to pay for another. Restaurant charge more for a roll with avacado and cucumber ($12) then for tuna roll ($10). They forgot to bring our soup out… we had finish our main course and when we tried to cancel the soup they refused and then brought the soup out totally late. Accept when you’ve made a mistake and take responsible for providing good service. Do NOT go here.

The food in general is pretty good for its price. 720 fusion is on the less pricy side comparing to other restaurants on the same street, which I like. My favorite dish is the walnut shrimp, the shrimp is fresh and the sauce is tasty! Though the sushi rolls tastes pretty good too, they are simpler than expected (see image). Fleming fire roll literally only has spicy tuna, albacore, and spicy Mayo on it and nothing else (no veggies, no sesame or anything else to top off the roll). The hot and sour soup and egg drop soup tastes like how it’s supposed to. I definitely really like that this place has bubble tea! Bubbles are chewy and the Tea is good!

Only improvement will be to add a little excitement to their sushi rolls and a little more bubble in the bubble tea!

Can't speak to the food but I was disappointed by my Boba / bubble tea experience. The "traditional" milk team (black tea + milk + boba) was basically sugar and milk and undrinkable. I tried to get the server to help me 'fix' the drink by adding tea but without luck. I paid and left and tossed it in the trash. Perhaps I should have known, because the drink menu focuses on sugar/sweet drinks like Kiwi and Mango vs tea-based drinks. Live and learn. At ~$11 it was overpriced as well.
