720 Fusion Fresh

Sweet servers, but unfortunately there is only one chef so the food took a very long time to come out. We actually got our entree before our appetizer. This made for a horrible experience with a two year old. The food was tasty at least.

Very kind staff, but extremely sub par food. Hopefully they see reviews like this and step things up a bit!

Rice was like a gooey rock around the sushi, hot dishes lacked flavor. Mongolian beef was good, though.

Went here recently and ordered the fried noodles. Was partway into eating when an oddly textured substance on my plate caught my eye. A closer look confirmed that there was in fact styrofoam cooked into my noodles. Immediately lost my appetite and stopped eating. When we alerted the waitress of what we found she acted as if she was not that surprised or concerned. She then proceeded to give us a 20% discount which came to about $6 off...not a very apologetic gesture in my opinion. A free meal would have been nice and a bit more concern from the staff would have been comforting. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you like the taste and texture of styrofoam...

If I could give it a zero I would. Service was terrible and felt disrespected after nicely telling the server I had found a hair in my food. He accused me of having put my own hair in the dish. The hair was in between some broccoli and chicken pieces. I'm not one to argue and said whatever we need the bill. As he brought out our bill all of the staff from the kitchen came out to the cash register and laughed at me saying I was lying. I was so infuriated, paid my bill and let them keep the change. Terrible terrible customer service

Great service and food was delicious! The only one traditional Chinese& Japanese Sushi restaurant in steamboat! I recommend it to all of you!! Price very nice , don’t hesitate to head over here!

Sushi was good but not amazing. Service was great and the waiter was very helpful with helping us now what was best. I was there for their happy hour meal. They had great deals for a sushi restaurant.

Overall nice experience. The food tasted really good and the service was pretty good too. Only thing bad is you can't do side orders like a size of noodles with your food, and they dont have a dessert section, you have to ask it for yourself.

Been in steamboat a while now, never took the time to go here due to online reviews, however I honestly think this is the best sushi/Asian fusion restaurant in town. Do not let the reviews fool you! Try this place out! The atmosphere and environment are so clean and friendly. You actually feel like you should be paying more! On another note, I feel as if a lot of sushi/Asian fusion restaurants are really similar, and in America we tend to go towards what we know we like. But here at 720 they really do things a bit differently and have their own style. I highly recommend you try this place out if you want to be pleasently surprised.

Incredibly good quality food! Service was friendly and quick. The specialty sushi was so good! Great drinks, huge menu. Very clean place, lots of seating.

This happy hour is everything. It’s the cheapest price point in town, but you get what you pay for
