The food is good and fresh . The rolls come with good quality fish and very tasty .Super awesome service , the waitress she is really nice and always cares our table .We’ll be back ~^

I came to this city with my friends to do business. I searched this restaurant for the first time and tried it online. The taste is really good. I like the eel sushi rolls most. It looks good. Very delicate and soft, friends are very satisfied with the things they ordered, I will come back to taste other food. l

Poor experience. Service was sloooooow. Sushi was small and smelled bad. They forgot our salad and soup. There were no napkins or silverware. I truly feel ripped off. These pictures are from a previous positive experience. The bad one was so bad that I'll never go back. Avoid!

I normally prefer to post positive reviews based on pleasant experiences.... In this case, it is regrettably not the case: A small group of seven of us had diner at Fusion Fresh a few days ago... While the two young waitresses (from Jiangsu and Hubei) were perfectly friendly and smiling, they were also totally untrained and clueless about customer service and restaurants operations. The food was definitely sub-par, oily and greasy and based on very cheap ingredients. The chicken (chicken Kung Pao and skewers) was by and large poor quality meat and lots of fat. Our diner was really a poor experience overall, with low quality and greasy dishes.... In addition, there were boxes and supplies openly stored in the restaurant, by the bar and it gave a general messy and unkept impression.

Went with my husband for lunch, service was quick and friendly. Food was good,I had a "BubbleTea " coconut flavor. It was really Delicious.

The staff are wonderful! Some of their food is reallyyyy good but other things are lackluster. I would definitely recommend the Mongolian beef and almost all of the appetizers, and I'm not a big sushi fan, but I like their sushi! Worth a visit, but if you're thinking of coming for their bubble/Boba tea, I would recommend Talay Thai instead!

My son and I stopped in on a Wednesday. First night in Steamboat. Quaint restaurant and not very busy. Sushi was fantastic. Great quality!!! Went back on Friday with our friends. Will definitely be back when here again.

I live in Steamboat, and was excited when this place opened as we don't really have any good Chinese food in town. First visit, great. Next time ordered to-go, and literally got half the amount of rice for the dish..had to make some at home. Next time, asked for extra rice & was charged $2 for what should come with the meal & probably costs 10 cents. Decided tonight after one year to give this place another shot. Evidently, they have reduced their main course portion size as well. $14.04 for a lunch-size serving of sesame tofu that I was planning to share with boyfriend. Will never eat here again. Ripoff. Flavor is good, but if this place wants customers, don't be so stingy. I would pay $6 for what I got today...

This place is my favored. I visit many restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very attentive and the cuisine they serve is so good. I never decline to have a decent meal in this restaurant. Highly recomme

All around an ok experience at 720 Fusion Fresh. The honey walnut shrimp was really good and the sushi was average. However, there were a few major problems. For starters, the bubble tea was extremely sweet, almost undrinkable. After we ordered, it took almost 30 mins for them to make our rolls and the place was almost empty. When we finally got our rolls, they were extremely small. For a price of 14.95 or 17.95, I would expect a decent sized roll, but these were very small. To top it all off, they forgot about our nigiri. If you are not extremely hellbent on getting sushi, I would recommend going someplace else.
