We got there and already another table was having problems with their food and service we chalked it up to people just being impatient so we sat down and it took them 6 min to even ask for our drink order and when she was at our table taking our order she was talking to someone else. While we were waiting for our food 2 more tables walked away mad. After taking our food order I got all my stuff, my friend only got her drink and my fiance didn't get any of his food or his drink, after about 15 min of us waiting for everyone else to get their food so I could eat mine she delivered the food to the wrong table and after the guy realized it wasn't his (after eating a little bit of it) she took it and started heading for our table we just got up and left. Worst service ever.

Worst boba I have ever had. It was hard and had a very unpleasant taste. My sister got a Pina colada green tea and took one sip and almost throw up. I got a peach milk green tea and it was horrible. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Rude staff，waited 45 minutes for a Volcano roll，Pad Thai noodles were cold, and sashimi appetizer was terrible ,we do not recommend.

This place was honestly so bad. The staff was very rude and seemed to not want to work there. I placed an online order for two bubble teas and waited about 27 minutes to get there. Once I got there the hostess came and asked us if we were there for pickup and we said yes & they just said it wasn’t ready without me even giving a name. I waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes until I decided to go in and I waited in a line for about 25 minutes until I decided to leave. If you place an online order they don’t even make it ahead of time to ensure you get it fast, which is the whole point of ordering online. They wait until you get their to make your order, which is so frustrating. They were ignoring all costumers including those that were seated. I waited over an hour just to not receive anything. Very disappointed.

horrible place. Went to go get some type of chicken and boba for my friends. We ordered and we were waiting for about an hour. I also ordered it for to go! Anyways we were waiting for an hour still waiting for our food, meanwhile the 2 people ahead of us that already ordered already got their food! after a little bit more waiting we decided to ask the lady where our food was. Then she had the audacity to ask us type of boba did we order! She forgot about our order!!! Then after 20 mins we finally got our food. The chicken was soooo dry and hard. The boba was actually pretty good. 2/10. don’t recommend

DELICIOUS! So tasty and fresh. My mom had the lo mein noodles and the dragon roll. Some of the best Japanese food I've had!

The food was great but the best part was how kind the staff is. I accidentally left my purse there and was not able to go back since I live in Ohio, and they shipped it to me free of charge. I tried to pay them but they wouldn't take my money, and it cost more to ship it than I spent in their restaurant. So very kind of them!!

We were so happy with our experience. The staff members were super friendly from the moment we walked in the door t the moment we left. The food was delicious and well priced. The service was so fast . I would like to recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal

We ordered sushi and it was so bad it was not edible. My sushi had a 1/4 inch layer of plain mayonnaise on top (I assumed it was tiny spots of spicy Mayo if anything). My husband got the spicy combo which was plain spicy tuna and salmon and it was disgusting. Nothing was fresh and we each had two bites and threw it all away. $65 down the drain 😭😭
