I travel from Craig often to eat here and it is always a pleasure, the food is fast and honestly the best within a 100 mile radius. The cheese wontons and potstickers are out of this world! I also love that they humbly fix any miscommunication or problems that you might have. Would definitely recommend

We ordered sushi on Valentine’s Day, which is definitely a busy day. We were told it would take an hour. We showed up in an hour and 10 minutes to make sure that it was done, after calling to confirm the order after ordering online. It’s been an hour and fifty minutes and still not done. Zero stars, look elsewhere for a good experience

I order beef fried rice. Twice hoping it would be better. But it's just steamed rice steamed veggies and steamed meat. Not fried at all. Also I order my rice with no peas, carrots, or broccoli so explain why they put mushrooms and cabbage in my rice. I will never order from them again. NEVER. Very disappointed

This boba was actually the worst thing I’ve ever tasted. The customer service was suspicious and didn’t give us correct change back. The boba tasted like spoiled milk. I threw up 3 times and the boba was chunky.

Staff was very friendly and was able to communicate well. Rice was over cooked and the fried rice was also over cooked in general instead of being fried. This place looks quite nice and clean, I hope the other dishes are much better there.

Usually like the place, but there was a discrepancy between our online price and delivery price which is understandable with restaurants switching to and working out the kinks of delivery during this time. I was happy to pay the difference as long as I reviewed a receipt, the person on the phone immediately got an attitude with me and it made me feel like they were assuming I didn't want to pay? I don't know.

She began telling me about how the delivery driver was going to have to pay the difference of my order ($7.08) out of their own pocket to cover the cost of their price and the one I saw online. Which to me just seems like an awful business practice to begin with... I said that's ok I would like to pay that and make sure the driver had a decent tip; all while the person on the phone was almost yelling at me telling me I needed to pay when I was literally telling them I wanted to give them more money.
All in all be careful, they are extremely unpleasant people to work with and have super shady business practices by making their drivers pay for the difference in price between their online orders and actual pricing. I've eaten here alot in the years I've been in Steamboat and never once had an experience as unpleasant as this one.

Staff seemed eager to please when I showed up to pick up my order (~25 minutes after placing it), but I wound up having to wait for 10 more minutes for my food. They gave me some spring rolls and lo mien for the wait but all of the food was very oily and over-salted. To be honest, the entire experience was strange and uncomfortable.

We ordered over $200 of sushi at 7:00. We were initially told it would be a 1 hour wait. Came through at 8:00. No sushi and we’re told it would be another 1/2 hour. We waited, and waited, and waited. Finally at 9:30 we asked for our money back. This was all on Valentine’s Day. Terrible experience. The worst.

The food is decent and the service wasn't bad, fairly unremarkable really. I was not impressed by the quality of the fish but at least the mediocre quality was consistent. If you are concerned about locally sourced ingredients or a diverse drink menu.....go somewhere else, they only offer 1 kind of hot tea and did not have ginger Ale.... Let alone ginger beer.
