Seedhouse Coffee Roasters, out of Steamboat Springs, CO has some of the BEST coffee! You can tell the attention to detail and craft that goes into each roast. My wife and I love trying new roasters and coffees - but we keep coming back to Seedhouse as our daily driver because it is just that good.

Fantastic coffee roasted perfectly. Not burnt to bits like commercial brands and not under-roasted like some hipster pop-ups that are acidic green bean. Roasted right to accentuate the flavors of the specific origins, so you can taste the blue berry hint in an Ethiopian or the nuttiness of the Peruvian for example while still having a comforting depth you need to wake up to in the morning, and I especially like their blends in which you still can pick out flavors of specific origins. The packaging has been tasteful, and the company is run, and coffee sourced and roasted by young entrepreneur couples that are thoughtful and caring, right in Steamboat Springs CO, so you can feel good about supporting Seedhouse. Best coffee in town.

Our Seedhouse Coffee subscription is the best! Big fan of their Mexican Chiapas and Espresso. It comes right on time each month and is consistently delicious. Customer service has been great- anytime we’ve needed to adjust our order their team has handled effortlessly (usually ordering more 😊).
