This is the best place for breakfast or bunch in Silverthorne, maybe in summit county (reasonably priced). We've been going there for years and have never once been disappointed.

I hardly give a five for a rating because there's always room for improvement. I had the biscuits and gravy. They were the most soft biscuits I've ever had in a biscuits and gravy order. Most of the time biscuits are very dry and crunchy but these were amazing. The scrambled eggs actually were really really good too and I know you can't really mess up eggs but it was great. Had a bite of the pancakes and they were very delicious. Also. We ordered our meal and within 10 minutes it was delivered to our table hot and ready to eat. And the place was actually pretty packed so very impressive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will be back.

Not only does this location have many "best of the best" awards on one of their walls, but their food and service represented why they were best of the best. I had the opportunity to sit at the bar which was right next to the kitchen. They probably put out 200 plates in the hour and a half I was there. It was impressive. Kind of servers. Good food. Quick service in. Definitely a staple in Dillon!
