Huge portions of sort-of Mexican breakfast like enchiladas and huevos rancheros, pancakes, waffles, lots of breakfast sandwiches, cereal options, muffins etc. This is a classic that locals supported for so many years that the food quality could drop off and still tourists would come. Casual and good for families Nice ski/snowboard crowd loading up for a day on the slopes.

They had probably the best quesadilla I’ve ever had in my life! It was complex and had sweeter flavors that probably gave it its intensity.

Really great breakfast, best breakfast burrito we had on the trip. This is a very nice little cafe, there may be a wait (it is popular), and the food was the best we had for breakfast. Great cinnamon rolls too!

Great place to get brunch in the Silverthorne/Dillon area!

I got the chipotle eggs benedict, and the waiter informed me that it was spicy, which in the end, wasn't that spicy. With that being said, the service was great - I never had to worry about my coffee mug being emptied, and the service was great.

When the chorizo eggs benedict did come out, it was hot and tasty. Definitely will come back here for brunch if I am in the area.

Service is excellent. The staff is super friendly. Food was really good. As you can see, there wasn't much left. Try the skiers breakfast sandwich or the pancakes. #delish

This is by far the best restaurant we’ve been to since coming to the area for vacation. We love this place!!!!! Can’t wait to come back.

Waiter recommended the enchiladas and pancakes and it did not disappoint. Blew it out of the park. Delicious breakfast.
