Sunshine Café

Lovely cafe! The walls and interiors are bright and yellow with lots of art and decor that really invites you in and places a smile on your face. It was super busy and we had to wait 30 mins before we got our table. They told me I would get 3 messages and the last one would be regarding the table. I got one, which was regarding the table. They hold the table for 5 mins after the message saying it's ready. Thankfully we weren't far away. But don't wait on 3 messages!

Once sat down, the servers were in to get the orders quickly but food did take a while to come. We got mimosas to celebrate a big achievement. I got the Ski Tech breakfast, which was 2 sausage patties, hash browns with pork green chili, a tortilla, salsa and sour cream, with an avocado slice to top it off. It was very good but heavy and I didn't finish the whole thing. A huge portion of hashbrowns if you ask me!

My friend got the Rocky Mountain Pinon Trout, which was grilled trout, house made pinon butter, veggies and brown rice. The trout was delicious without the butter but with the butter it was AMAZING. Again, a big portion and hard to finish.

We had a good time and definitely recommend this place for a heartful breakfast. Just make a reservation.

Great food and friendly staff!
Our server, Vika, was phenomenal and very attentive, even with as busy as they are.

Only complaint is the coffee tasted slightly burnt, but it wasn't terrible and possibly an issue from the supplier and not something they did here.

The breakfast here was great. Can’t say for all the food but the country fried steak was delicious. Great customer service as well. Recommend coming here if you are looking for Breakfast/Brunch.

First time trying this place and we were definitely pleased. The service and drinks were quick. Kevin was great. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs which are definitely worth ordering again. My wife had the breakfast enchiladas which she also raved about. If you're hungry and this place is still open, I recommend you to stop here.

My husband and I love this place! Has great breakfast and lunch menu. Very poular and very busy :) there is a giant line in front of the cafe at 6:45 :D

This place has good reviews. How? I don’t know why. I came in here multiple times before. It was decent. Nothing special. But this time the service was horrible. An hour wait for the food? That’s ridiculous. Our server messed up our order and when we asked for a side of sausage she proceeds to say we never ordered it with a tone when we clearly did. Atmosphere chaotic. Not surprised as it was a busy day. Servers all in a bad mood. Food was average at best. Would expect the breakfast to be better when it is geared towards it. Not worth the price. Go somewhere else.

Ah-mazing!!! Why can’t these places exist everywhere? Absolutely delicious! Why hasn’t Guy Fieri been here? True diner portions, delicious food. Super friendly staff! Still Covid conscious. Can’t say enough. I’ll let the pics speak for me.

Friendly staff. Food portions were rather large. The Buffalo mountain wheat cakes were on the dry side. (More like a banana bread). The egg sandwich was flavorful.

Our waiter was amazing. He called us all friend which is nice. He went and got me some flavored creamer that was an employee stash which was above and beyond because he could have just told me that plain cream Is only option. The food selection was huge. Portions huge and everything we got was fantastic. Breakfast is my favorite meal and none of us were disappointed.

Everyone was super friendly (more than our server) food was good and well served. This is a kid friendly place and everyone speak Spanish. The menu have lots of options it was almost overwhelming. They have good gluten free substitutes.
