Sunshine Café

Breakfast was good! The salmon Benedict was delicious. The cinnamon roll was was okay, I probably would’ve enjoyed it more if they didn’t use cream cheese icing.

This is a great stop for breakfast, while the wait may be long - it is worth it. The décor is clean and inviting. Our server was quick to the table and attentive to our group needs. I had the corned beef hash and it did not disappoint. Everyone at our table left satisfied.

If you're looking for a quick meal don't come here. We ordered online and the order is already 15 minutes late. Still waiting...

We got our food finally after 25 minutes and complaining to the host. One of the BBQ burgers didn't have BBQ sauce on it at all so it was pretty dry. We ordered it to go so we couldn't ask for the BBQ sauce to be added.

Food was alright but definitely not worth the $77.00 paid plus the added hassle. Overall, disappointed in the experience.

It's a diner, so not a lot of atmosphere but many great menu options and attentive service. The Veggies Galore plate was just what I needed.

Cozy, good food, good prices. Some of the softest biscuits I’ve ever had. Will be thinking about those for a while.

My family and I stopped in the Sunshine Café while driving out to Copper from Denver. We were greeted and sat almost immediately. Our server was quick to get us our drinks and take our order. The food came out super fast. I ordered the Local's Breakfast Burrito and would highly recommend it was very delicious. The food was great and the service just as good. Seriously some of the best service I've had in years.

I've been here multiple times and the staff and food are beyond top notch! Tons of great coffees and tons of food options. Loved everything we've ordered and will certainly be back.

Good food. Wait time for a table was reasonable and the food came out quickly. My son had the steak and eggs and he said the steak was excellent. We will return next time we come out skiing!
