Sunshine Café

Just up in Dillon for a hike and wanted to find some vegan friendly food for my significant other. Sunshine Cafe popped up on Google and it did not disappoint. They have great options for all kinds of eaters as well as local offerings (like trout and eggs). The food was delicious, well seasoned and fresh. The service was also super friendly and attentive, and currently everyone is wearing masks and distancing.

Good hot chocolate. The Blueberry muffin was absolutely awesome, they split it half buttered it and must have put it back in a pan for a few seconds to give it a crisp interior as well. The boarder breakfast sandwich I had was pretty good as well.

Went here for the first time a couple weekends ago. I was so impressed! I got the Classic Benedict and it was perfect! I was intrigued by the locals version, but I love me some good ol’ hollandaise sauce. I was also very impressed with their regular coffee—great flavor; strong but not overpowering. My partner got the chicken fried steak, and the bite I snuck was delicious! Highly recommend this place for brunch.

Dry Bland Pancakes. Huge pile of old bacon( Not cooked to order). Chicken fried steak was nicely seasoned but very small. Friendly staff. Quick service. Overall nice visit but sub par for decent breakfast

Great little mom & pop place with all day breakfast. Very good quality of food, great service, rustic atmosphere.

My wife and I ate here for lunch today. I had the trout and eggs. Hands down best trout I’ve personally ever had. My wife had the club sandwich and agrees with me. It’s the best restaurant in summit county. We’ll definitely be back!!

Love this place! Not sure how I've missed eating here the past 20+ years I've been coming to Summit County, but I'll definitely be back!

25 minute wait for an hour wait at the table. Basic food that is way overpriced. Ordered a Belgium waffle that was 10 bucks for my child that had nothing on it. Disappointed

Great food and crazy fast service! This place was packed and had a wait but it was worth it. Definitely recommend trying the biscuits and crazy gravy with the country style breakfast.
