My friends and I ordered off the Great Plates menu. The hummus starter and pork dish are very yummy. The Oysters are fresh. We sat at the bar to watch the bartender making drinks, which is interesting. They are quite busy making drinks so they were a little slow taking our orders. I think sitting at tables will be better but sitting at the bar can meet new people. This place will need a reservation because lots of people will go there for food.

Great atmosphere, great service. The food gets four stars. My craft cocktail, fresh oysters, and dessert Pot de creme we’re all really really great. The trout with cauliflower risotto had good flavor but just too many bones for a $35 piece of fish so they get a ding for that.

The oysters were awesome! Raw, baked, and fried were outstanding!! Gave it a 4 because the other food just wasn't as good as the oysters. But, would definitely go back...on Thursday nights they have a dozen oysters and bottle of cava for $40.

This is my favorite place in Fort Collins, hands down.
Not only is the staff hardworking, attentive, and friendly, but the environment is classy, welcoming, and versatile - great for either a romantic night out with a sweetheart or a laid-back chat with a friend.
The food is on-point every time I go. My go-to’s are the oysters, seasonal seafood dishes, and a craft cocktail. Or for brunch, their lemon mascarpone French toast. You can tell there’s a great deal of care put into each dish as they’re always fresh + bursting with flavor and spice complexity.
Bravo, Regional crew. You have my heart.

Good local food. Nice quality. For starters we had the pretzel, that was awesome. The salmon was good, a little to spicy maybe. We also ordered the day special (pork ribs), that was the best dish. The ambience was nice, and they have a small terrace with fireplaces.

Great place if you can get in! Reservations recommended, but we were able to squeeze in at the bar. Paul was an excellent bartender.
Very unique and delicious menu. On Thursdays you can get a bottle of cava and a dozen oysters for $40. Great happy hour!
This is the only place I've ever seen that has a whole fried oyster mushroom. It's not on the menu... but get it! The sauce is really good too.

Without question, one of the best restaurants in Fort Collins. The regional had a unique menu, and it is executed to a degree nearly unrivaled. The dishes are savory, umami, and delicious, across the entire menu. Their cocktails are inspired and surprisingly differentiated from the traditional Colorado old fashions and mules. In short, for a land locked state and city we are in a privileged position to have such a high quality seafood focused restaurant in our community.

The atmosphere was great, very cozy. Fantastic food and service!! Wife and I had a variety of starters, all really good. The standouts for me were the mussels (OMG that broth), the pumpkin soup, the fried oyster mushroom and the seasonal pumpkin pie. The burger and fried chicken (on Wednesday nights) both looked great too, looking forward to trying those next. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back!

I had a top-notch dinner here. The bartender was great and made me both a Manhattan and an old fashioned that I really enjoyed.
I started with a half dozen oysters on the half shell. I was told that they were "Delaware" oysters; it wasn't clear if that was the variety or the origin. They were mild and sweet, not briny at all. A few drops of lemon juice was all that they could stand up to and I enjoyed them that way. The shucking was slightly less than expert. Some oysters were a bit mangled and I encountered more than one bit of shell.
I had the Boston Bibb salad. The greens were great. The dressing was superb, with a balance of lemon and a slight bit of honey. This paired well with the lightly pickled shallots and pecorino Romano cheese. The toasted almonds sent it to another dimension.
Lastly, I had the lamb Marguez meatballs. They were served in a red pepper and tomato sauce that was heavenly. The cheese, fried herbs, spices, and aioli were the frosting on top. The flavors were amazing! My only ding was that the meatballs were firm, instead of tender. It didn't take much away from the dish, though.
It appears that Fort Collins has a lot of choices for food, but I am very glad I chose The Regional!

Exquisite local food, tried the sweet potato kale hash, excellent service and great ambience. I have to go back and try every vegetarian iten on their menu. They also serve the absolute best local tea which compliments a great brunch.
