The Regional

The Regional is my go-to dinner spot in Fort Collins. I'm never disappointed. Food and drinks are always wonderful. I highly recommend the chowda mussels. I've been to a beer pairing dinner here as well which was phenomenal.

Excellent food and experience. I had the raw oysters, ghee fries and husband had the trout dinner with cauliflower risotto. Everything was phenomenal!

Extremely beautiful setting for a restaurant, food is amazing as well! Prices are a bit high but I guess that is to be expected for local home grown food. Only thing to get 5 star, kitchen service could be a bit faster. We were there early when not a lot of people and service took about 20 minutes for one burger and an app.

I walked in here on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The decor was nice and rustic in a hip way, and general vibe was casual and chill. I ordered their fried oyster mushroom, which was amazing. It almost tasted like a softshell crab with the thin crust on the outside and tender flesh on the inside. My main course was roasted lamb shoulder with finger potato salad. The cured egg yolk was a nice touch, but the dish was just a tad bit too salty for me. Great service.

Food was nice. Atmosphere was beautiful. Wait staff very attentive.

We had the absolute best experience at The Regional! It was our 8th anniversary and CJ was our server. By far the best there is! We started with some mussels and oysters followed by the steak and frites and prime ribeye. AMAZING! We ended the evening with the cheesecake and it was ideal. Thank your for the amazing recommendations CJ!

Food was delicious especially the steak and basil chimichurri sauce. Perfect spot for dinner as we were traveling through, we would love to come back. CJ our server was outstanding.

I have found a little gem of a place! The Regional has apparently been in Fort Collins for just over a year and I have been missing out!!
We happened to come in when there were happy-hour specials all evening AND a little live acoustic guitar! The food & service was nothing short of fantastic! The music was just right.
My husband and I shared east coast oysters, braised mussels, seriously awesome pork spare ribs (with truck stop pickles!), the crab roll, a simple (perfectly dressed) salad AND desert!
We celebrated our anniversary and found a new favorite place.
Way to go everyone at The Regional! See you for gluten-free fried chicken tomorrow night ;).

My wife and I met some friends here last week for dinner. The vibe was cozy, there was live music playing, and the food was amazing. The oysters were some of the best I've had in Colorado and I had the best pork chop I've ever had anywhere! It seemed to be a seasonal item as it had palisade peaches mixed into the topping. I'll definitely be dreaming about that pork chop. The service was very friendly as well. We were celebrating my wife's birthday so our waitress comped her first drink! This is a great addition to the restaurants in Old Town, I definitely recommend it.

Great happy hour: a burger, beer and a shot for $12. Plus the kids meal was a full size burger and fries for $8. Sat at the bar, which was nice. Definitely recommend going there.
