We went for Mother's day brunch. Service was a bit slow, but that is Mother's day. They did get my daughter's order a bit wrong, brought a side salad instead of fries, but brought us fries later once mistake was pointed out. Food is fresh. My mom ordered the chicken and waffles, the waffles were cold and burnt. We told the waiter and he did have the cook remake some. Not sure if I should rate the service lower or the food for this. Food was delicious once they got it right. Wish they just got it right the first time,

Great evening to visit The Regional for the first time. The staff, service and management were the best of what you want. Kudos to them and can’t wait to go back!

Save your money go somewhere that has freah ingredients, I think everything is premade here and sits in the their kitchen for days. It's way over priced for what you get. I ordered the prime ribeye ($45) and it tasted like it was frozen, then microwaved. I asked for a cocktail recommendation of something delicious and fruity and the waiter brought a glass of tequila with some bitters. It was a terrible drink. The service was terrible. The waiter never followed up on I was enjoying my experience. If I could give this place a 0 I absolutely would.

First visit. Stopped in for just a quick drink. Nice cocktail list. Wine and beer offered as well. Wonderful little place. Pleasant staff! Will have to visit again to eat!

Between my visit last year, which was great, and my visit yesterday, which was not so great, I’m sad to say I probably won’t be returning again. This time around, my girlfriend and I made a reservation for two and the overall service was kind of strange. After we sat we were greeted by every member of the floor with the exception of one bartender. The other three servers, hostess, and bartender checked on us to make sure we had been helped. After we found who our server was, he came back to check once every 10 minutes which almost became a nuisance. My girlfriend got the Blackberry Piff which she said tasted like bathroom cleaner and didn’t seem like it had a full 2oz pour of gin. Her dinner of the trumpet mushrooms was much better. Mine, on the other hand, was extremely disappointing. I ordered the half chicken which I thought was going to be a deliciously juicy chicken but it was very much the opposite. The chicken was very dry and had the slightest hint of seasoning. The carrots on the plate were just barely underdone but the highlight of the dish, oddly enough, was the jalapeño herb sauce that was served on the side. Our visit to The Regional was just overall kind of odd ranging from the strange service to the inconsistency of the cooks. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Excellent food and service. Every dish was a knockout. Great HH too. Will be returning.

Quaint location right in Old Town Fort Collins. Easy access. We did call ahead and make reservations although we where there earlier in the evening. I think we would have been OK. It did start to get pretty busy by the time we left. The Sourdough Crab rolls we nicely toasted, with a nice herb sauce. OH so yummy and rich. The Lamb over a creamed corn and truffles really had a nice flavor. The Lamb was nicely prepared. On a down side I honestly have to say that, the side of oysters, well they were really small oysters. So on to desserts... we shared the seasonal special. A Palisade Peach and Fresh Berry Cobbler with a scoop of ice cream. This was a great finish to a enjoyable meal.

4% fee added for a livable wage. I disagree with this, because it takes away from the servers’ tips. The restaurant needs to pay their staff’s wages from their revenue, end of story. If they need to raise their prices, so be it, but don’t nickel and dime the consumer with added fees.
Other than that the food was great. Service was excellent, but they were too busy and had a hard time getting to everything in a timely manner. All our courses came out at the same time. The hostess was hovering as we waited for our check, as they only allow about an hour and a half between reservations.

Went to try this restaurant for the first time. Great Plates menu was available so my husband and I ordered it. The food was mediocre and somewhat expensive. We have both been in so much pain (stomach) from something we had there. I do not see myself ever, ever returning.

Good food and beer but not impressed with staff. We did not have a reservation and were seated at the bar. Even though there were 6+ other bar seats, the hostess squeezed us in between another couple and the drink pick-up, so we had about 20” of countertop for the two of us to share. Additionally, she had to ask the other diner already seated to move his coat from the stool while we stood there. Awkward for all of us. As a side note, there were at least 5 2-top tables open the whole time we were there. They might need some help understanding reservation systems (we’ve worked restaurants, we get it). I had to ask someone to take our menus so we didn’t have to use them as placemats at our crowded little bar perch. If you want to be exclusive, that’s fine, but just do reservation only instead of giving people a poor dining experience when they don’t have a reservation. Overall not a bad time, but I’m not a fan of feeling like a nuisance when I just want a good meal and a pleasant place to enjoy it.
