lovely evening at the reg!
chris' creative cocktail concoctions are delightfully delicious, prepared with hand crafted elixirs.
the beef parina and oysters were our choice of tasty happy hour snacks while enjoying a relaxing outdoor setting, watching the world whiz by.

Went here as a couples date and it was a really cool atmosphere. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and seemed knowledgeable. I really liked the decor and vibe. We had some mussels as appetizers and they were good. The fried chicken special was good, but a little over cooked and burned a bit. Others had solid salads and the meatball meal. They were a solid 4/5.

I’ve really enjoyed my experiences here before. Went three times, great. My most recent experience, the burger was raw and the service was at a crawling pace. I understand, it happens. My boyfriend and I decided to try again, and this kinda put the nail in the coffin for me. Had a reservation for 5:15 for the bar, but the hostess wouldn’t sit us in the bar area because she had reservations for 6:30 and 7. We were seated in the dining room next to a table so loud it filled the whole (almost empty) restaurant. We didn’t receive service after sitting for nearly 20 minutes, and two other tables had come in and received service immediately. The waitress continued to walk around us, and the bartender (who we were sat right in front of) had two patrons and wouldn’t look at us, so we ended up leaving without so much of an interaction with staff. Very weird experience.

Food that reminds me of home served by people who make you feel at home.

Excellent breakfast, atmosphere and staff were wonderful! If I'm ever passing through this town again I'm definitely going back.

What can I say? This has become our go to spot in FoCo. Numerous reasons compound into me standing behind this statement. Let's get the reasons started:
1) STAFF, yes I know this is a restaurant but all good things start with quality input. Heidi and her phenomenal staff not only bring great vibes alongside even better food, but they also pick you up when you least expect it. Some of my hardest days were turned around after a visit here.
2) FOOD. Alright, we've made it to meat and potatoes (no pun intended, well maybe). We've moved into winter which means a change in their menu, but don't be scared because this change only means good. I'll touch on a few of my favorites:
Apps:
Garlic Ghee Fries.
Buttery, garlic goodness blanket a
perfect potato pile. Enough said.
Oysters: I don't know who they know but
they're truly plugged into a sea wizard.
Whether from the east or west coast
these raw, fried, or broiled jewels grace
your pallet and have you wanting more.
Boston Bibb Salad: simplicity reigns over
complexity in my personal favorite. Five
ingredients has NEVER FELT SO GOOD.
Main course:
Double Bone In Berkshire Pork Chop:
Stop what you're doing and read that
again. Alright, forget what you think you
know about a pork chop. This baby can
be cut with a butter knife by a 4 year old.
Perfect texture blends with a pickled
jalapeno and stone fruit relish blanket. All
of this is laid to rest on a bed of pablano
grits.
Peruvian Half Chicken: a new addition to the menu, this delicious fowl has been on my mind since I had it last. Damn is it good! A rather complex seasoning profile melds with a presentation that can't be beat.
Dessert: Key Lime Pie Cheesecake. Someone had to shake me back to reality after this, I was in The Keys loving life after one bite.
If you're in FoCo, or Colorado for that matter, stop in The Regional for a culinary journey that is uniquely its own.

Ratatouille was light on veg - pretty unimaginable, but it was. Mostly freekeh with some sauce. The rest (she's rib frog gumbo was delicious). Our server, Sam, seemed pretty disengages.

Skip the line at Snooze and walk around the corner to The Regional instead for an incredible weekend brunch. Biscuits and gravy were delicious and I can’t stop thinking about their breakfast potatoes, so good! French toast was also on point. Good sized portions, good service, great atmosphere. And the new owner seemed like a really nice guy. We are already looking forward to coming back to try their dinner menu!

We stumbled into this fabulous spot after CSU game and it was delightful! Cuisine was top notch! Never had carrots or salmon presented so fine! We lucked out getting in walk in style.

This place is really nice! Excellent higher end cuisine with the care detail of fine dining in open bistro with relaxed ambience. Really nice service and knowledgeable staff.
If you like finer food in a relaxed casual environment this is the place to go!
