Butterfly Cafe

Absolutely love Butterfly! This has been a weekly stop for our household since I first discovered it 4 years ago. You can never go wrong here. The sandwiches are amazing—the focaccia bread is SO good, and if you’re gluten intolerant like me they also use good gluten free bread. My go-to is the lunchbox! It’s a sandwich, cookie (today was a fresh baked oatmeal raisin), a bag of Boulder chips, and your choice of drink—I suggest the hibiscus refresher. They also make great breakfast, awesome coffee, and refreshing and nourishing smoothies! This is hands down one of the best little spots in Fort Collins. Bonus?! The tomato soup. Best. In. Town.

Absolutely amazing. The people here seem cool, but the coffee and food I had were incredible. The Dragon late and Hummus pesto toast were phenomenal. Hope to keep this in my regular rotation.

They always make my latte look all fancy and I feel bad putting a lid on it. They're always so nice even (especially?) When slammed.

Quaint, historical, and delicious! Wonderful little coffee ShopRite off of I mean downtown drag. Friendly staff, excellent food oh, and great coffee. Highly recommended!

This little gem is what every neighborhood needs….a way of bringing the community together. Outdoor seating if you would like, while you sip on one of their many great coffee options. I also had the breakfast tacos and at first glance I had almost wished there were three, but, these two fill you up indeed! My friend had the Ham, Egg and Pesto Sandwich. He said the Pesto was the right amount and had great flavor! Make sure to visit these super nice people. Their customer service shines! Seriously, this place is such a gem! Got the mushroom sandwich and added turkey - so delicious! The portions are generous too, which is great. Watch out for that Dragon Latte though - it packs a punch!

We were passing through town and wanted to grab a quick breakfast. We found this place on Google and decided to drive 2 miles out of our way to try it. We both had the breakfast sandwich, mine with gluten free bread. My friend got a muffin as well. They were all soooo delicious! If we lived here we would eat at this place often.

Stopped in for the first time because I heard good about the breakfast burritos. They are very fresh, everything was tasty! Only thing was, it was a sauna in there! We ate outside with the chilly 40° because inside was unbearable! I feel bad for anyone doing a shift during the winter months!

Great little spot just off Old Town. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! They also offer delicious coffee, homemade pastries, and nourishing salads! Will be back soon!
