Always a good experience I visit this location daily. I really enjoyed when Paul worked the drive thru window I believe he moved on up. But he always made my experience memorable.
Coffee is always delicious. I'm not a fan of coffee bean breakfast options. But their drinks are way better than their competitors.

I gave it a 5 because the young ladies from last night April 8th had the best customer service. Something that is rare in these chaotic times. They even offered to throw away any debris before closing. My date loved her Macha iced latte and croissant. Great Job!

This chain in general is pretty bad. Limited drink options and the drinks are waaaay to sweet and they can't adjust the sweetness. The drinks suck. And for some reason this spot in particular keeps the indoor temperature at 59° it is so ungodly cold. The only reason I come here from time to time is because they are open till 10pm.

I use to like coffee bean more then Starbucks and would go regularly because of their Earl Gray lattes. Lately I was told they changed tea brands and their Earl gray taste nothing like Earl gray which is very distinct in flavoring. Now it taste like some weird coconut spice concoction. Gross. I've gone to various locations and they've all been the same. I'm hoping it's do to Covid shortages and it's not a permanent thing.

Ordered 3 drinks. One was Hot Hazelnut americano, another was a jasmine Ice tea. When I got home the Hot hazelnut was just a regular black coffee. And the tea was a green tea. I called to get my money back and was told I would have to drive back into the store to get a refund… TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was at the store week day after work. I was sitting in the couch. The staff of the store was very disrespectful. They were unprofessionally laughing and giggling during work hour. They were disrespect toward to customer. The atmosphere was loose and unprofessional. I didn't have a great time there. I felt disrespect by the staff. I don't recommend anyone to come here.

Terrible customer service in the drive thru. staff can be a lot more respectful. I ordered a cesar salad wrap that was old & soggy. I will never go here again. Acai Bar in Pasadena has a coffee shake that will pick you up. Don't waste your money or time here.

After a very long shift I decided to stop by coffee been to get a pick me up. Instead I received a kick me down. As I waited 13min in the drive through, (3 cars in front of me) I anticipated my refreshing bitter black coffee. As I approached the window the lady asked if I had a mask, as I'm in a drive through this is news to me. (California and cdc has stated that who ever is fully vaccinated is not required to wear a mask unless you are in a group of individuals over 6.) I was in the vehicle alone and I asked the lady if they had a complementary mask for me, she stated that they do not offer complementary masks and it is the customer's responsibility. I requested the manager and she closed the window on me and ignored me for the next 4 mins.
I was very furious and went to the Starbucks across the street. The Starbucks coffee was superb and much better than coffee bean. If coffee bean believes they can compete against Starbucks I'm sorry but you are mistaken.....

My only complaint was it’s hard to get to from the other side of the street. Otherwise the staff are friendly and the tea was good 👍 I’ve never done a drive thru coffee bean and tea leaf!
