Super dope spot to study and spend quality time. They have a beautiful lobby. Super clean restrooms and nice staff. Highly recommended

Drinks just aren't made right. I've been going here since the pandemic started. It seems like I'd the manager isn't there, it's a mess.

I decided to Boycott Starbucks after every single holiday drink I ordered was wrong. I've worked jobs like this and it's a pretty standard formula: Coffee, water, syrup, milk.

CoffeeBean was much better, but I soon realized that was only for lattes and lately they don't make those right either.

Their speaker needs replacing, or headsets or they just need to listen better, because even speaking loudly and slowly, I have to repeat myself 10x. Could be the equipment, I've worked many Jobs that employers just won't pay for upgrades no matter how much it helps business.

They often make hot drinks extra hot, idk why this inconsistency exists but it does.

Lastly, they are *always* out of tea. For a year they keep saying it's their distributor. I wonder what the profit loss is on that. I know I personally just don't get a tea if they don't have any of the 3 I like.

Coffee with cream and sugar is also too difficult most of the time. I used to go multiples times a week and now I barely go.

I just started making my own and learned the measurements. If anything, I'll go to the Jones Coffee drive thru down arroyo.

After multiple tries to get a decaf drink and them failing, I'll switch back to Starbucks. I wished the cashier in the drive thru yesterday around 7pm to have a nice day, he didn't respond. He read me the wrong drink order and when I corrected him he just said "yeah". OK.

I'm filing chargebacks for the three caffeinated beverages I received since I order decaf and couldn't consume the caffeine.

Great service, the staff are so courteous and my Scottish Breakfast Tea Latte always comes out perfect when I pick up at the drive thru. Love!

They are legit! Coffee, service, the whole nine yards. They always make my vanilla latte on point and I always leave happy. The drive thru is a life saver for people like me who just can't get it together early in the morning.

It's so sad -- all these pictures of the wonderfully expansive indoor seating that we can't get to during this Covid pandemic. I MISS IT SO! This particular location is located in the Eastern side of Pasadena where there is a little less traffic, plus there is a drive thru option here!

Irvan was absolutely amazing! Honestly the best experience I have ever had at a coffeebean and I go literally everyday. I got a mango cold brew tea that was absolutely fantastic.

The person taking the order took it twice and when we got to the window she didn't even have the order correct

Yummmmmyyy. I love their mango cold brew tea, well most of their menu items I’m in love with most of their teas. They are so underrated.

Nice location with accessible drive through. Staff were super friendly and fast making the order. Their coffee is a step above Starbucks, I'd compare it to Peet's.
