The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

All right, my daughter and I decided to spend time together in a nice place like Coffee bean, and we try the seasonal drinks that they have in the store. It was a Red velvet hot drink, and a peppermint moka cold drink. It was our first time that we ever been there, and honestly, i don't think that those drinks should be selling anymore. I don't mean that the place overall is a bad place, I know people who loves Coffee bean, but this 2 drinks are nothing special. Especially the peppermint moka, that one I had to take to the trash can that they have. It taste nasty.

Coffee here is the best! Much better flavour and taste than it’s well marketed competitor! The staff are super service oriented and friendly. They make you feel welcome and special. The place is comfortable and clean :)

Way better than that trash Starbucks

I had a problem with my debit card due to a little mishap I couldn't tip when I went thru the driveup window. In spite of the lack of tips, the staff never missed a step they continued to be as polite and nice as ever! Now that I have a new card I am trying to makeup for a lack of funds for tipping...thank you staff!!

The shop is clean and service is quick and friendly. There are tables inside and outside as well as some comfy living room-type chairs around a coffee table. Also, there is a drive-through if you can't come inside.

Every time i go im always getting the wrong order honestly I prefer this over starbucks and it this point id rather go out of my way to go to the palm desert coffee bean

Great place to relax with a cup of coffee. Really enjoy the Vietnamese Coffee Humm good stuff. Everyone's has a smile there.

Love this place...I thought I was a die hard Starbucks person until I tried Coffee Bean!!! Love there Coffee Drinks and Sandwiches. Trying the ice tea next!!!

I use the drive through many times a week. Very easy and everyone is so kind. They wear masks & gloves. I feel very safe.

My go to coffee place! The tea is also pretty good!! The customer service is great! I've never had a nevative experience at any of the Coffee Bean locations. The employees have always been very friendly!!
