To all the associates. Well done. We are regular customer. My wife and I always grab our morning hazelnut lattes every single morning and they are always delicious. The customer service is incredibly friendly and always at our disposal. They greet us and everyone that walks in. Grea8 work guys keep it up.

Best coffee, we should have more Coffee Beans in the Coachella Valley!

I used to like coming here, because they have a drink I really enjoy, however, they denied me service because I wouldn't wear a mask in my car while I was in the drive through... I've been to plenty of drive throughs in the valley and never once had a problem. And the girl who told me to wear a mask was so rude and had a bad attitude. If this is the kind of service customers get and the kind of people that get hired to work there and I'm never going back again. They just lost a loyal customer. Starbucks here I come. 😊

Currently 30 minutes in the drive thru. Still have not got helped. Person on the intercom just said, "I'll be with you in a minute." Had to leave so I wouldn't be late to work.

Supposed to close at 9:00 on Friday, doors locked at 7:45.

Waited 26 mins in the drive thru for just this iced latte. I know people can order a bunch of drinks and food slowing progress but the workers had no hustle what so ever. It's like snails working there.

I love Coffee bean! Always Super friendly staff and the coffee just hits better I think. Plus it's a little cheaper then Starbucks, and way better service what's not to love?

Nothing special. I rate a coffee shop based on speed of service, friendliness of staff, smoothness of the coffee, attractiveness of decor, busyness, and whether there is a view with some comfortable chairs. NOT in that order. CBTL has comfortable chairs. And this one is not crowded. Those all good things. But this one feels a little sterile.
