First time going to a Dutch Bros. The drive thru line was long so my friends decided to use the walk up counter. The employees were super friendly and answered all our questions. We didn’t wait very long for our drinks and they were delicious.

Nice and friendly place. However, I wish Dutch Brothers didn't have this policy of not being able to use your reusable thermoses or whatnot. Also, they don't provide sleeves for their paper cups. They just double cup it which seems inefficient.

Always a good crew there. Good coffee if you have a sweet tooth. Tried the dirty Chai, didn't like it.....reminder... add some honey next time. Okay house coffee...needs heavier roasting for my pallette.

Best Cup of Coffee in Humboldt County. My 2 most favorite is The Hot Hazelnut Truffle Mocha or The Hot Toasted Mellow Mocha. Both with extra Soft top & Extra Hot. There Dutch Brothers Staff is Very Polite and Friendly.

Humboldt County should look at Dutch Bros for an example of costumers services! Any time I try a new drink they make sure I like what I have ordered it and if I do not like it they make me one I do. I get free drinks all the time and I look forward to talking to the staff. They have a secret menu with a bunch of different combos.
