Beautiful cafe in historic hotel, great indoor seating and ambiance. Small batch pastries, local roasted coffee- awesome cappuccino, hot chocolate and lattes. Breakfast: granola parfaits, chilaquiles, sandwiches, toast; avocado, banana almond, mushroom and more; soup and salad. Great place to visit, for conversation, tea coffee and pastries… cool place to watch old town.

I had a quick coffee while driving through downtown Eureka. Amazing place. Loved their honey and cinnamon coffee called Cafe Miel. They didn't have the bourbon coffee though. Nice clean restroom too

Easily the best avocado toast I’ve had in my entire life. We customized ours from a check list which was super cool. Lattes were perfect and the vibe was super friendly and awesome. Pastries looked amazing!

Really really good! Just came in on a quick stop in Eureka and had an Avocado Toast and a Iced Mocha. Both were incredible. The bread is amazing and the coffee is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Will try to come back!

The ambiance, the coffee, the food and the staff are all suburb! I had the prosciutto toast (pictured here) and one of the best Americanos I’ve ever had. I even grabbed a chocolate chip sea salt cookie to enjoy later. I can’t wait for my next trip in.

Local, fresh, organic, delicious! Come for the coffee, stay for the food! One of the few places in Humboldt to serve up a legit cappuccino. Lovely cold brew really gets you going. Local chai is also perfect. BTW, they use really fabulous milk! I adore the house made granola & yogurt! Winner! All the baked goods are epic, ie salted chocolate chip cookie is chewy and crisp. The seasonal salad is huge, excellent dressing & filling in the best sort of salad-y way. Don’t get me started on the chilaquiles *so fabulous* maybe our favorite in all of NorCal! The toast options are nice too. I love their commitment to sustainable, local & ethical choices. This is a model business and we love them! Lastly, great staff: friendly, professional and prompt!

Another 5 star review ... but a well deserved one, as long as you aren't in a hurry! Great coffee, great toast (we had two different ones for breakfast). Although it's currently a "to go" place, you can sit and eat in the hotel's lobby.

Awesome coffee! Their breakfast sandwich game is strong. Located right downtown!

got the chilaquiles and an iced latte w/oat milk; i’ve never had chilaquiles before so i don’t have anything to compare this one to but it was kinda like breakfast nachos in a way? really yummy and the latte was also great!!! guy at the counter was extremely nice and friendly, overall enjoyable experience

The espresso isn't burned in extraction like some other coffee shops. The coffee is fresh beans, and pour over. They offer milk alternatives. The atmosphere is good not great, they are doing the best they can given the space they are in. Very metro vibes, and happy looking baristas.
