Dutch Bros Coffee

The customer service was great, it was my first time here. I got a caramel iced coffee drink, it was super good. Their prices are good too, it's cheaper than Starbucks and you get quality coffee. There is a drive thru for you to order coffee and there is a kiosk for you to order and sit with a friend as well.

Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee shop in & around Tucson. I had my first Dutch Bros when I was in Spokane, WA visiting my son about 8 years ago. When I seen that Dutch Bros was coming to Tucson, I was beyond ecstatic!!

I love the drinks, but this location is the slowest compared to the others. Even when I come 30 minutes early, the line isn’t long and I’m still running late when I stop here which is why I’ll drive out of my way to another location. Sometimes the employees seem like they’re socializing more than working.

I haven't tried the white chocolate lavender cold brew I ordered yet and this is my first experience at a Dutch Bros but they have a repeat customer already based on the amazing, friendly, upbeat customer service experience I had!

It's a good place to get a drink and fill your guilt pleasures. The energy drinks that I get from them have good flavors, but I personally think you're paying a lot for what your getting.

These people give me a piece of joy every time I visit. I quiet enjoy the coffee they offer and my partner loves the energy drinks. Drinks are fair priced for sizes and the wait is sometimes 20 minutes but it is worth the wait.

Fast,friendly and accurate with the drink orders. One thing i would say about it is that if you go you better be ready to talk to the window person but thats only a problem for some that’s nervous about talking to new people but thats more on me they are all honestly very nice people.

Always bright and friendly, great selection of coffee drinks and pastries to die for in my opinion. What makes them the best is their customer service.

Probably the worst location in Tucson. I don't understand how every other Dutch Bros I have ever been to has outstanding customer service, but this location lacks it entirely! Have only ever had one pleasant interaction out of dozens here.

Absolutely love this location! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have a few favorites but Issac has been outgoing himself lately 😊 you can tell he cares about his customers and enjoys serving them. He always puts me in a great mood and has went as far as starting to memorize my order. I'm just in awe at his dedication 💖 thank you so much, Issac! You're the GOAT!
