Looking for a place to do laundry and stumbled upon this sweet little gem. Good coffee and yummy baked goods with vegan options. I loved the simplicity and no frills atmosphere. Felt very welcomingđź’› Thank for having us and for being here Revolutionary grounds cafe & book shop.

Such a cute little bookstore/ coffee shop located right next to shopping (and a cool place to drop off the kids isn’t far either!)Always friendly, the eclectic style feels very inviting and is a great place to grab your morning coffee or chill with a friend. There are some great lunch/ breakfast options along with some baked goods. They are vegan friendly as well.

Such a great selection of books! The owner is super friendly, and the food is great! I got the revolution bagel (in photo) to dine in and rage against the sandwich to-go! The Fanart poster is in the restroom! Too cute!

Lemon aid was made perfectly - got a ham sandwich on a ciabatta bread.. Typically the bread is hard exterior & dry but this was moist and fluffy..
Great atmosphere & has a local experience..

Very good atmosphere, quiet and calm. Nice collection of books. Not a very big selection of sandwiches though.

Fantastic place. Wish there was a place like this in PHX. Owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful about the book selection and broader community events. Thrilled to support this location and to see it grow. Thank you for being a standout business!

Great place. Very peaceful and really good coffee. I think this place is really good to do some reading, and think it would get more people to come if it had a nicer seating situation. But I’ll definitely be coming back.

Nice environment for coffee and internet. The price is a little higher for the coffee than other places. Sometimes the mood is quiet, great for working, and sometimes the music is louder.

I came here mostly for the atmosphere of an anarchist bookstore. I got to witness a few people who I assume do not typically associate with anarchist / socialist ideals learn a few things in regards to the importance of black rights, women's rights, and lgbt rights through the artwork on the walls and the nature of the books (which is important within any social movement to reach out to privileged folk who do not understand exactly how they can also help call out injustices towards the oppressed by learning with an open mind), and amidst all that, I've definitely learned a few things too! I'm happy this place exists, especially in a busy enough area. Usually these places are hidden from the public eye, since they do not conform to the ideals of the status quo. I was even genuinely thanked for coming in, and as a queer person of color, that's always very soothing to hear, to be appreciated. Thank you for making this place a thing and having the courage to go against the grain and I hope this place is around for generations to come. Ps- my latte was excellent .

The coffee is fantastic, little pricey, but I haven't had coffee out in the past 18 months, so maybe the price is fine.
