I love this place. They're always so nice and the coffee is consistently excellent. The Mexican mocha is perfect 👌

Great and friendly coffee spot, has a good rewards program, you can accumulate point for FREE coffee. Wish the menu had a little bit more variety, but what they do have is really good! Recommended.

The coffee is great, my only issue is, every promotional photo shows a chiller with whip cream, so why wouldn’t that be your standard serving procedure ? If I didn’t want it, I would request that…as it is, I arrive with an expectation and if I don’t ask, I don’t get.

Drinks are really good and well priced! But please, don't ask me if I want to leave a tip. So rude no matter how nice you ask! I've only been asked twice out of the 10 times I've been there but still, makes me not want to go back. Especially, if asked BEFORE I get my drink.

Been here multiple times, the drinks have been hit or miss on whether or not it's going to be burnt coffee. What finally broke my back was receiving my drinks, not even pulling out of the window yet, and having the girl at the window yell out an insult about me to the rest of the store. Don't expect to have any customer service, or any drink worth the prices they want you to pay, and you can bet that you'll be insulted by their staff.

This place has really good and well-priced drinks! We got the caramel blondie and it was so creamy and delicious. We also had the Mai Tai infused energy drink and it was both pretty and refreshing. The cold brew was so smooth, too! I would definitely recommend this place. P.S. I did not drink all of these drinks by myself lol.

Yummy coffee drinks. Always pleasant service. Nice indoor & outdoor are. The location we visit tends to be a great choice for us, as we stay outside.

I've been to this location several times now and we've tried a variety of drinks, and they've all been good! The iced chai and strawberry smoothie are especially good, and I think Black Rock will become my usual iced latte spot! There's usually a line in the drive-thru, which moves kind of slowly, but it's understandable since the store is still new. The staff have been super nice!

I find it concerning though that, during a pandemic, none of the employees are wearing masks despite the CDC basically asking everyone to do so.

Another big concern is that if you are ordering a drink with a milk alternative(almond/oat/etc), you HAVE to double check at the window that the baristas actually used that milk. My first visit, they told me that they accidentally made two of our drinks with regular cow's milk and were in the process of remaking them. Then, on my most recent visit, I ordered a latte with almond milk and the girl taking my order repeated it back to me, but I was given a latte with regular milk which led to an allergic reaction at home. So definitely double check at the window, especially if you have allergies!

Love blackout drink, more coffee less sugar. Quick drive through.

Coffee is good. Customer service, not much so. I reached out after being served a Fuel drink that was actually just a lemonade. I'll stick with Dutch or Starbucks in the future, because when they get orders wrong, they'll make it right.
