Service is great! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fun, they seem to really enjoy working there. Must mean they have good leadership! The Mocha was great too!

Visited this location 6:30 am 12.17.22 staff was friendly, kind and competent. They got our order out efficient and correct. Great Job! Customer service was superior!

I went here on my way out of town with my wife for our anniversary and they didn’t give me my card back. I tried to call and it just gives me a voicemail and no one responds to the text. The customer service at this location is non existent and unfortunately even tho the coffee etc is good I will no longer go here. The staff always has attitude, we order food all the time and are missing items, drinks made incorrectly and now this. The manager is a joke and doesn’t care, should be fired.

Coffee bar is always clean and presentable, the employees are fast and friendly, the quality of the drinks prepared are consistent and of great quality.

--There is handicap parking and a ramp available for access to those with mobility devices.
--A drive-thru allows for the convenience of ordering from the comfort of one's vehicle.
--There are multiple methods to pay from cash to to debit card scan to apple pay.
--There are a plethora of seating options available inside from bar stools with "form-fitting" design, to softer cushioned seats, to wooden chairs at tables to serve as a workspace.

The price for the size of a drink relative to other coffee shops is not competitive, but the quality of the drink warrants the "average" cost of the drink.

A reward system is available for those who find themselves returning to the shop. It's of the "buy ten, get one free" format. I don't recall if the system is relegated exclusively to drinks or if pastries are also included.

A fantastic place with fantastic drinks.

This is honestly my favorite place to stop for cold coffee in the valley! Staff is friendly, drinks are consistently good and I really appreciate when a pup cup is offered here!
