Always so friendly and nice. The most sugar free options. They will help you with sugar free coffee combinations. Starbucks told me to go somewhere else when I was diagnosed with Diabetes. Dutch Bros welcomed me !!!
Grabbed a cuppa before hitting the road on a traumatic cross-country that's turning out to be fun.
Having bubbly service from a group who enjoy each other's company and crank loud tunes was a great start. I was a bit thrown by offerings like a lavender shake but they cranked out a traditional cappuccino without issue.
I went to the Airway Heights location with Dutch Bros doing a 4 drinks for $15 deal on March 29th. The line for the drive thru was 20 cars long as I expected, so I went up the window having to park in the movie theater parking lot. I wish I didn't even go. The music was playing so loud that the barista couldn't hear me three feet away from me. I typed it out on my phone that I wanted 4 hot chocolates with whipped cream. I waited for approx. 45 minutes due to the drive thru line which seemed to get preference as about 10-12 cars went thru before I moved my car closer to the front window as it was really windy that evening. I saw two customers pick up their drinks about 25 and 35 minutes after I ordered respectfully.
I attempted to drink what I thought was a hot chocolate drink. I think it was some sort of an espresso drink which I promptly spit out all over my dashboard. I pulled off the road and promptly dumped out the contents of the drink I thought was hot chocolate and the other three drinks.
When I got home, I attempted to call the Dutch bros store and after trying to call them three times being hung up on each time, I decided to write a long and winded review on Google Maps.
Stopped in to order two drinks a 16 oz extra sweet watermelon Italian soda with cream and whipped cream. Got no whip and it tastes like straight club soda. Also order a 24 oz green tea with watermelon iced and it has no watermelon flavor at all.
I am normally a Starbucks person but dutch bros has a smoother coffee and the choice options are very flexible and can be personalized easier than Starbucks. I like them both but I will go to dutch bros for the future
Dutch Bros is the best coffee location in the PNW! This participate shop was great. I think the location is perfect, easily accessible and a quick in and out. The crew was very helpful, kind and responsive. The service was fast with minimal wait. The drink was spectacular. Will def stop again
I’ve been to Dutch Bros in every state, 50+ locations and man this is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Yes they are independently owned, BUT all stands should follow the Dutch Bros way… only a few employees actually seem to care about the customers which blows my mind. I am not a regular anymore and drive 20 minutes away to avoid this location. They are never super friendly and I’ve had multiple occasions where the girls here have been extremely rude and unprofessional. I have already sent feedback to the company and the management has not made any improvements which is extremely disappointing.
I was the 1st person in line when they opened their 1st day. Used to have a lot of crew who knew me and my orders. Staff has changed over so many times. I'm not sure I know anyone there anymore. Doesn't have the same vibe that they actually care about you. Got in a verbal argument with one batista where she argued with me on how my drink is made when I watched her make it wrong. She stated I've worked for DB for 3 years, we'll I've been a regular (1-3 times a day) as I drive Uber/Lyft since 2014. Tip for her don't argue with your customers, make the drink how they asked. Airway stand I'm still loyal to DB but don't go to this stand quite as much. Bring Maddie back! She's a rockstar!

If I could have given it a half star, I would.

Some drinks that you order time after time, different people make them a little different but they are still very good.

This store rocks, it's busy but they handle it with grace and speed. Never had a bad experience here, love the place!
