A great place to work/study. There are plenty of outlets. There is a outdoor balcony which is quite if you need to take some calls. The decor is modern and relaxing. The coffee is top notch. The pastries are also good. The staff is welcoming and friendly

One of the cutest coffee shops we found in Spokane. So nicely set up, perfect cozy decor, warm and welcoming, and sweet staff! Very friendly lady working today. We had the breakfast sandwich which was LOVE! The cappuccino was divine! Highly recommend!

The food was amazingly flavored, the coffees were perfect, and the pastries were too good to keep on the plate! Great atmosphere and style. Very clean.

Seated just off Riverside in a quaint stone and brick building is Ladder Coffee. A place you want to keep quiet about because it’s a hidden gem. Its eclectic space is well lit, decorated with plants, and offers high quality coffee and food. A place suited for conversation, hanging out with friends, or enjoying a good book. Service is excellent, so please help keep this place a secret ;)

The pastries were a little dry but the coffee is soooooo good I give the coffee a 5 star and the pasty like a 3 star. Customer service is average and the set up is very clean and it smells good.

A cute coffee shop with a bright and happy interior. The baristas were friendly and their coffee did not disappoint. Definitely get their seasonal drinks because they’re so interesting. They had a Lord of the Rings inspired line and the iced latte was super yummy.

Stopped in for coffee and breakfast while making my way east, so glad this is where I landed! The cortado was perfect and the breakfast tacos were beyond delicious. The space is adorable and the barista was really friendly. If I lived in the area this would be a regular spot for me!

Nice coffee, some food, and environment. Seating and parking space are tight. They have been adding more food options.

Heather is a gem! What a gorgeous building and coffee shop. Finally made the trek to Ladder after trying their coffee elsewhere. I was greeted by a nice gentleman and Heather was very welcoming and genuine. And my drink was delish! Complete with a hand poured heart. Thanks Heather and Ladder. Will definitely be back to visit and sit and sip.

The espresso was excellent. Flavorful and well pulled shot. I didn’t have much time but I would like to make a point to come back if I’m going through Spokane and maybe try some of the food. The space is nice and bright. Indoor seating features a lot of large wood plank tables that were pleasant to spread out on to get a little work done.

Edit: I would stick to their in house offerings. All the coffee on the shelf was roasted too long ago. Not sure why it wasn’t pulled and used.
