Tried the spinach & cheddar biscuit sandwich ; one with chicken sausage and the other with proscuitto. Both of very good. This is a small place and there were continuously people streaming in. They also do take-away.

Good coffee, friendly staff and their baker makes the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had in my life: a flavorful, slightly stretchy crumb with a thick layer of crunchy caramelized cinnamon and sugar at the base and just the right amount of frosting. Also they gave me a day-old muffin for free today and it was the best muffin I’ve ever had in my life… a day old!!! There’s some witchcraft going on at Ballard Coffee Co and I’m into it.

Finally came here in the last day in Seattle. Super super delicious biscuit! It is absolutely something you are dying for! Strongly recommended! You won't regret!

I always plan to stop here more frequently, but it's between bus stops. I decided (day off) do it today. It's one of those little but grand places you want to survive through these trying times. Coffee always rich but not bitter, and buttermilk biscuits just like your Ohio farmhousewife-grandmother. Thank you for hanging in! Bisquit sammy was still steaming when I unwrapped it at their outside table, so forgive the bite already out of it!
One of the women inside even rapped motorcycles with me, made me even happier I stopped.

Awesome food. Often the Cinnamon rolls are undercooked, but even then they are worth it,

My new favorite spot since moving. S-tier coffee and food from a convenient drive-thru. Friendly staff.

While there are plenty of solid breakfast options in Seattle, Morsel is by far and away the best. Outstanding food, completely reasonable price. Seating is minimal there, even on weekdays, there's only a couple of 4-tops. The line is there for a reason on the weekends, but they open up earlier on the weekdays, and it's a much more manageable wait.

Even with that caveat, Morsel is my favorite single meal in Seattle.

Real chill joint. Nice staff, and biscuits were really good. I don't even usually like biscuits all that much, I just needed a coffee spot to have at before school. I ended up ordering a sandwich and a jam biscuit 😅 so crunchy and the soft on the inside!

What a fantastic cozy place for morning coffee and breakfast! Great breakfast sandwiches (with gluten-free bread thank you!). It seems like the place to go with a consistent line out the door( they keep it moving fast don’t worry). Super friendly staff makes for a very inviting atmosphere and leaves you wanting to return again for lunch!

My husband and I were looking for the Biscuit and Bean and found this place! They have the B&B biscuit recipe, so we were able to get a biscuit and it lived up to the hype. We also got the spicy breakfast panini and cinnamon roll and those were delicious as well. Highly recommend!
