If you're looking for a coffee shop with great coffee with plenty of shaded outdoor seating, this is spot to go. I've been here many times. The coffee is consistently well made. The cafe ambience is suitable for reading / studying / working. The outdoor seating is shaded but not heated. So suitable for a warm sunny day, but maybe not in winters. Located on a busy street in Fremont but usually you can find parking in the inner streets with a 5 mins walk.

If you walk by quickly, you might mistake this place for a house on 36th Street, but no, this is one of the coolest coffee spots around. Fremont is a little rougher than neighboring Ballard but this spot is a nice little refuge from the grunge outside. When we stopped in, there was a woman working on her Physics homework, a man coding in Python, and a few people reading very LARGE leather bound books. There were also a few groups of tourists speaking language other than English. A little bit of everything.
There was a wonderful sign showing a picture of Jay-Z telling me to stop using my phone while I was order, which I enjoyed. There was also an extensive menu of coffee drinks and few basked goods and hot items available for purchase. Although they are not the draw of this place.
The main value proposition is the atmosphere and that Fremont Coffee makes you want to just come *hang out* for a while. If I lived here, I would spend most of my coffee shop time at this place.

A local coffee chain with a chill vibe in a wooden house. There are several rooms to sit and an outdoor terrace when weather permits. Brewed coffee was strong enough for me (I like it black no cream-no sugar) and the brown butter salted cookie was delicious! Better to support these local coffee shops than Starbucks.

The vibes are immaculate, great coffee and adorable latte art. We ordered the Chai tea latte’s with oat milk and we loved them. The ordering process is super chill and makes the whole experience feel homey and genuine. The vegan double chocolate cookie was absolutely delicious!! I think I ate it in like 30 seconds. The outdoor seating is adorable and overall sets the tone for a beautiful day walking around Fremont.

The highlight is the location and structure. It’s an old house with the “bedrooms” turned into seating areas. Free WiFi, cool merch, coffee, teas, pastries, and warm sammies.

First and most important: really delicious coffee! Cute farmhouse vibe inside with lots of seating. Little rooms to find your own cozy nook or to be out in the open depending on what youre feeling. Really love this spot!

Delicious coffee, with numerous flavors, served by their artistic baristas. Also a limited but tasty food offering. Very casual, seating inside and outside

Antique outside; hipster inside. Have plenty of outdoor & indoor seating. Offers variety of drinks and Macrina Bakery pastries.
Ordered iced chai tea latte. Their's had the right amount of sweetness, but I wish there was more spicy chai flavor.
Nevertheless, a great cozy & quiet place to stop by and get your reading done with a drink.

Forgot to take a photo of before. But I had a specialty vegan coffee here, gingerbread flavored. Omg it was so good! So happy that they have alternative milks here!

I mean, this may not be relevant to you, but they somehow make a Caramel Latte taste like Cracker Jacks. It's so good.
Their coffee is very strong and I find myself getting decaf just so I'm not wired into the night. But - that might be a bonus to you.
