Cortado gets a B+. I like the coffee profile, a little more interesting than a typical house blend. The latte art was not the best on the cortado, but texture and temperature were on point. The environment is really great, very spacious and comfortable!

Staff does not say hello or thank you. I would feel much better about paying $5 for a cup of tea if they showed the minutest appreciation for my business. I still gave it 3 stars because the place is clean and it’s a nice space to work, but service 1-2 stars every time I’ve been here.

Chill space, but Wifi so slow as to be unusable for ZOOM. Could not use for even voice meetings. Tends to be noisy, so great if you are chatting with friends, maybe not best for on line meetings.

There were a lot of people there -- nice place to hang out but quite noisy and the wifi suffered. Great coffee though!

I went in around 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. It was quiet and there was only one barista on. When I walked in the barista was just chatting to this guy at the counter. I thought that was a customer but it became apparent that the guy was not there to order but instead just having a conversation with the barista about random stuff. The barista completely ignored me (a paying customer) for a solid 5 minutes to just chat up to his friend. I was getting super annoyed. Finally the friend left (again without ordering) and the barista took my order for a single latte. The drink came fast but was cold. I asked if he can remake it. He was rude but redid it. He totally ignored the other lady in lane waiting while redoing the drink. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 14 years I know that you should be able to multi-task to maximize your time and customer experience. He could have at least acknowledge her and said he would be just a minute to tend to her. Instead he just ignored her and pretend he didn’t saw her.

The coffee was good but customer service could be much improved

As authentic as it gets for Seattle coffee ☕👌
Dim and cozy atmosphere with great brew done a few different ways. All the usuals are on the menu, plus a few new twists that keep you coming back for more. The pastries are boutique and look tasty.

You'll always find some hipster here typing their latest blog post, but that's not a bad thing. Comfy chairs and outdoor seating are also here.

Great space for working or hanging out to chat. Very popular though, even on weekday mornings. Arrive earlier than early.

Good coffee in Seattle is like good pizza in Chicago: an expectation, not a surprise. But Zoka's serves *great* coffee, and that is a delight. The classy, mildly rustic interior is what every indie coffee shop aspires to be, with a sizable menu full of carefully handcrafted drinks. Their seasonal offerings provide a unique experience for regulars while their menu standards serve to wow visitors.

My first trip to Zoka was fantastic. The service was fast and friendly, and my order was accurate. My light-iced vanilla laté was delicious. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Lots of indoor seating and a few chairs outside as well. If I lived near by, this would be a new favorite spot of mine!

Great coffee! Nice atmosphere with many tables, wifi, and enough space. The staff were typical millennials. This could be a great place.
