The coffee is really good but I had a really unfortunate customer service experience.
First of all, when the people in front of us were getting out their proof vaccination to dine in, the barista passive-aggressively called out to the rest of us in line to "Have your proof of vax ready before you come up" and the people at the counter embarrassedly apologized, which was just unnecessary.
After seeing online that this coffee shop was pet-friendly, I was excited to visit because I just started fostering a weimeraner/pitbull mix who is extremely calm, quiet, and friendly. I called ahead and asked if I could dine in with my pet to confirm, because the internet can be wrong. The person on the phone told me that I could, but if anything happened that became disturbing or an issue for the experience of others, I would have to leave, which I said was perfectly fine.
When I get to the counter to order and ask for oat milk, I say, "do you have oat milk?" because sometimes coffee shops run out of certain ingredients and it just felt like a polite way to ask for an alternative milk preference. The barista condescendingly replied "all of our available milks are available on the menu board behind me". Oat milk was on the list. She could have just said yes?
Then, she told me I couldn't dine in with my dog unless it is a service animal. Which is completely understandable and very common - but I told her I had called 20 minutes before and was told that I could, to which questioned who told me that, but of course the person who answered never told me their name.
She was very rude and short with me and paid no attention to my dog. I understood my request may have been annoying and it could have been aggravating for a co-worker to share misinformation.
What was so disappointing about this treatment was that she didn't hold the same behavior with two other guests who came in with dogs. A small breed came in, to which the barista complimented and talked all sweet to and asked the owner about.
Then, a golden retriever came in. When this dog's owner got to the counter, the golden retriever literally jumped up and put his two front paws on the counter. He was energetic and it was very obvious he was in the coffee shop. And this barista who had been so irritated with me and my dog was completely welcoming and affectionate to this dog. There was even a photographer for the coffee shop there, and she got a cup of whipped cream for the dog and had the photographer take photos of him eating it.
I don't know what I did to make this barista be so much ruder to me than other customers and other dog owners. It felt like it was about having a pitbull. I'm not coming back because she was so uninviting and selective with which guests she was nice to.

One of the best coffee shop in the city, a great place to work and get stuff done. They make great espresso drinks and cold brew. Definitely recommended!

This location is spacious and has great natural lighting. With COVID, they are asking for proof of vaccination or negative COVID testing (within last 72 hrs). They have spaced out and limited seating which gives ample space with obvious shared spaces for electrical plugs. The space is also dog friendly outdoors and indoors, which gives lots of pet therapy pending on dogs and owners. Overall a great experience.

I come here often to sit and work with a cuppa! Great coffee, nice selection of pastries, and calm atmosphere with lots if seating. The Yellow Milk Latte is great, it's made with turmeric. They have a few savory items, but if you're looking for lunch this isn't the place.

I won't try and rate the coffee but this place has some nice tables and bar areas where you can do work. Downsides are that wifi access is not free and the music that was played while I was there was a bit repetitive / intrusive and loud.

What an incredible Colombian pour over! The best I've had! Staff is friendly. They have a pretty big space. But it gets very crowded! It's also really quiet, feels like you're in a library. I'll be going back soon to try some of their other coffees.

Needed a coffee shop to pass the time before an appointment. This place was perfect. There is outdoor seating facing the sun, making a perfect place for a nap after your beverage.
The inside has lots of open windows and dark wood making it cozy. Nice and open with lots of seating with tables. There were a lot of people there working. Not a noisy crowd.
They have the coolest looking cold brew system I have ever seen. They sell their roasts and other coffee merchandise. The staff was very nice, and bonus the coffee tasted great! They sold premade sandwiches and other bakery items.
I will be back.

I love this place. It has great coffee and pastries and it's wonderful for studying or working. It's filled with big and small tables perfect for long days at the coffee shop. The only down side is that outlets are at a premium, so this may not be the best spot if you're needing to have your laptop plugged in all day. Other than that this is my go to coffee shop for studying!

Love this place! It's family owned and has products that's are sustainably made/aquired. Cozy atmosphere and lots of chairs. Service was quick and barista was friendly. Bathrooms are clean and they have good quality toilet paper. Milk substitutes are expansive though - an additional 75 cents!

July 2022 update - the gal who was yelling at people seems to have moved on to another job/location/work, so my rating for them is getting bumped up to 5 stars!
Great place to hunker down and work, study, catch up with a friend or two, or play a game. They KNOW their coffee, they work directly with the farmers, and the staff that is there/remains now is FRIENDLY and doesn't yell at customers!
By all means the pandemic is NOT over so please DO be courteous and think about wearing your mask when not eating or drinking - COVID is NOT a joke, but rest assured you won't be verbally accosted by any workers here now!
Review from 2021:
As a frequent customer who LOVES their coffee I feel the need to rate only 3 stars given a worker who seems dead set on YELLING ABOUT THE MASK POLICY whenever she sees someone in the cafe who is not "actively drinking or eating" - there was a guy seated at a table who was working on his laptop wasn't wearing his mask properly. It was OBVIOUS to anyone who looked at him that he had earphones in and was talking to someone yet she insisted on YELLING REPEATEDLY AT THE ENTIRE CAFE rather than approaching him directly and speaking to him 1-on-1.
If someone isn't obeying and they have earphones/ear buds/headphones on there is a VERY GOOD CHANCE THEY CANNOT HEAR YOU, EVEN IF YOU YELL. Please re-train this person so that being in the wonderful cafe space is not as jarring as it has been when she works.
