Sometimes the coffee is great, other times, the same coffee is so sweet I can't drink it. The staff is never friendly and often rude.

I rated this a two purely for the coffee and food experience. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was a great place to read. The coffee which I tried two was so bitter and over extracted. I had black coffee and the Aztec latte. The latte had a chalky chocolate layer on the top which was sad because the initial flavor wasn’t terrible.

Had a really solid pour over here. Great selection of coffee origins and brewing styles. Atmosphere was really nice with a rustic feel.

Easy access to car, 62 bus, or biking near the Greenlake area. Spacious inside with a good working/hangout ambience. My friend and I both enjoyed our latte there, straightforward no extra needed.

Great cafe for working. They provide free 6 hours WiFi, and comfortable seats. They also provide some good coffee and tea

Very nice coffee ☕ place, very beautiful designed, clean and well-maintained, good customer service, nice coffee, enjoyed our time there..

Great coffee but the owners need to step up and properly staff the place. It's never taken me less than 25 mins to get through the line and out the door because there is always only one person taking orders and making coffee. I tend to come on weekday mornings because weekends are even worse. Help your staff out and hire some extra help please

Highly recommend this spacious cafe for small group meet-ups or solo coffee retreats. Staff is super friendly and helpful and everything is always clean and welcoming. I absolutely love coming here!!

It was our first time visiting Seattle specifically the Green Lake District. While one of our friends was looking at fresh cut flowers across the street, we walked into Zoka and greeted by Morgan who took time to explain the various coffee and chai drinks to us. The customer service here is top notch.

Just dang good coffee, cozy space, sometimes well behaved cute dogs, and solid food options. They were out of all the hot food except their veggie patty breakfast sandwich by 9am on Sunday, which was delicious with hot sauce but kinda wish it had another layer of moisture like butter or some aioli/sauce. Perfect to grab something before a nice greenlake walk :)
