Cute place with well make breakfast dishes. Very nice modern but cozy vibe and friendly staff. The breakfast food was all made to order, and made with care and good attention to detail. The egg and cheese bun was great and flavorful. Their avocado and toast says that they use various different bread companies, which I applaud, however today's bread with the avocado was not great... A bit dry and very seedy - but the other breakfast items were top notch!

I passed Venture Coffee a few times before finally coming in to grab a breakfast. Then I realized they are actually under the same owner of Cafe Hagen, that's why they have Hagen's beans and bakeries (which I like a lot). I had a Copenhagen Latte and a breakfast sandwich, the coffee was ok, the breakfast sandwich was fresh and tasty. Service was friendly, overall it's an ok experience.

Chill vibes with dark brown woody decor and plants spotted throughout. Friendly staff. The front windows open up, which I can imagine would be great during summer. Had the matcha latte, which was well made and tasty.

Great breakfast and coffee spot. Gorgeous playlists to keep you chilling with your coffee. Busy enough for the typical coffee shop vibe but enough folks just passing through that the noise inside is at a good hum.

Venture Coffee is a place I often visit when in Ballard. We get our standard oat milk lattes and their delicious Egg, Cheese, & Bacon Bun. These pics aren't pretty, but let me tell you the flavors are so good, you'll be happy I posted this horrible picture. Bacon, egg, havarti cheese, arugula, and (the most delicious) garlic aioli. Pro tip: add hot sauce to the sandwich. Just trust me - go and enjoy!

Robust espresso drinks at this beautifully furnished coffee house. Loved their blueberry danish but the plain croissant was bland.

Great coffee and pastry served by nice people. The only disadvantage is that it's such a popular place to work, you might have trouble finding a spot--but then again, I've always managed to sit somewhere. I recommend the oddly named Director Snail.

The coffee shop where everybody knows your name. This place is like the Cheers of coffee. Gorgeous inside, the coffee is good, the pastry selection was fun, and the sandwiches are excellent. We are new to the area, but the baristas knew nearly everyone local that walked in. Very sweet ☺️

I love this place. The espresso is consistently excellent, milk consistency and temp is on... These guys are doing coffee right. I will insert a request for gluten free options for snacking 😉

Update 4/17/2019: I visited this place again. It went through a major refurb since 10 months ago. It’s now called Venture Coffee. The style has changed a bit, and sandwiches and tea beverages are super amazing!

Such a lovely coffee shop that makes your day off to a great start! One of a very few places that open at 6am, so you can enjoy delicious tea, coffee AND paninis or bagels before going to work.

Service is very friendly and polite.

You’ll feel cozy and comfortable inside.

Pet friendly!
