Dutch Bros Coffee

Amazing experience! I love the coffee and I enjoy the extremely friendly people working there.

They messed up on three of my drinks and burned the mouths of my kids. I asked for two not so hot drinks and they where over hot with out telling me they where that hot my kids to a drink and blistered there tongues. The other drink was asked for sugar free and it was full of sugar. I would not go back do to not wanting my kids to get hurt again.

yesterday i went through the drive thru and had one of the best experiences yet, the girl on window (Leah) and someone making a drink (alex) were so kind and friendly I was having rough day so talking to them made it better!

Customer service is always great! The long lines actually move quickly! My daughter LOVES the Ocean Water Red Bull drink! Downsides are the music is often so loud. I don't like having to shout over it. The location is great, but that parking lot is a nightmare to maneuver through when it's busy. And last but not least...I don't like their coffee. I've tried it several times, several ways, and it's just not for me. Wish it was, because their prices are so reasonable compared to their competitors.

I come through here often enough. They seem to mess up my order more often than a place that size should be able to.. and if they take your order while you wait in line (as they often do when the line wraps into the parking lot), there's no guarantee your hot drinks will be hot by the time you get to the window.

get the sense that none of these kids know what they heck they're doing.

Love the coffee but the wait time at this particular site is horrible. They need to move this location or get another one might help.

I’ve started going to Dutch brow because of how consistent their drinks are, and my order is pretty much the same all the time. And honestly the service can’t be beat!

Dutch Bros offers extraordinary coffee, friendly service, and contributes to charities all the time. Their staff are awesome, the drinks superb, and you know your purchase is likely helping others due to all of the things Dutch supports. I love them!!

I went there in the evening and my drink was fantastic. The drink I ordered was a 20 ounce iced Americano with chocolate, cream, and whip cream. Another perk about Dutch Bros was the affordability of my drink which was about $3.50. I went the next day in the morning and I was sadly disappointed. The shots were bitter and I am pretty sure they didn't put in any chocolate like I requested. On top of that, the drink was extremely watered down. This was after waiting 15 -20 minutes in line. I will give Dutch Bros another try due to its friendly service and low prices.

Came through last night around 6 p.m. my coffee didn't have any coffee in it. It was a large iced white chocolate kicker tasted pretty good anyways even though I had no coffee. I gave them five stars because they are always so friendly and we are all human and make mistakes from time to time. Sometimes it takes a little Grace and understanding just let it go and move on it's just coffee.
