About 99% the time I get the same drink and it's about 99% the time perfect. My only issue is the massive road block that waiting in line causes for Walgreens customers (and the Semi Truck delivery guy) Im sure plans are in the works to build a better driveway for customers.
Maybe a 2nd location? It'd do well as we all know.

Very long line in a very small parking lot. However, staff is friendly and they were doing their best. The product is delicious but they are pricey for a drink item without alcohol.

Dutch Bros is my second home! The staff is always awesome and my drink is always perfection. Knowing that once I get to the front of the line and get my drink, I'll be completely satisfied is enough to sit in that line.

Always a line that tells you something right there. Iced eggnog is my favorite winter drink.but has to be straight no milk watering it down. 24 ounce 2 or 3 shots omg it's awesome. Bring a store to Ephrata please.

I have been going here from the very first day they opened. The coffee is great and always the same. The staff meets you with a smile and are very friendly if you need a coffee I would recommend to get it here . Enjoy.

Yesterday i went drove up of course long line, instead i park and got off the girl who help me worst service I’ve gotten there...love going for their for cheerful service but yesterday oh boy...not good rude and just plain rude not sure if I’ll go back n all i got was a gift card didn’t even get a sleeve for the card...very disappointed in her service hope no one had to deal with her yesterday...

The music in the booth was so loud that the barista couldn't even hear my order, which is probably why after telling her what I wanted at least three times, it was still wrong. She was then too busy trying to flirt with my boyfriend to hear me tell her it wasn't right.
