Caribou Coffee

I stopped here on the afternoon of 11/19. The employee was a complete jerk. She must have been intentionally trying to be rude. Coffee was poorly made. Tasted like water.

I keep stopping and caribou is always closed. Starbucks is at least keeping their drive through open. No wonder people like Starbucks better especially since their coffee sucks.

Waste of time stopping here. They are not open and none of the employees at the truck stop can tell me when or if they are going to open.
A month later and still closed!
Must be nice to afford to stay closed. Maybe you should permanently close this location!

Surprisingly delicious! Traveling from Radford to Richmond and a die hard fan of Starbucks. Had a Pumkin Pie soy latté. Better flavor than SB!! Made the last hour drive bearable! Mmm.

Its like a Starbucks with about the same prices. This location is in a truck stop so you have battle big rigs in the parking lot. In order to get to Caribou Coffee you have drive half way through the trucks.

How about getting the young blonde off her phone. Stood for a couple of minutes before she looked up and realized there were customers. Even then it seemed like we were bothering her. Saturday June 30th, 2018 around 6pm

If you aren’t capable of making drinks properly don’t apply at a coffee shop, try sweeping the parking lot it might work out better.

To the person complaining about it being in a truck stop and having to battle big rigs to get in simply don't stop AT A TRUCK STOP and you wont have to battle them where do you think the ingredients come from? Mawmaw in a mini van delivering? As for the guy who said its like comparing wv to va your right because the best thing about snobby VA went west in 1863

Stood in line for 5 minutes while the girl working behind the counter chatted with her little boy friends. When it was finally my turn to walk up and order she says "O sorry we close to 9 o'clock." I got to the counter at 9:02... won't stop here again.
