Caribou Coffee

Tried Regular Large Ice, It was great and pretty good blend ,I will keep it in mind stop here again in future , And Melissa was great with taking our order , will be back again .

Drinks are great and friendly service BUT that's only IF they are ACTUALLY OPEN!!! Sometimes open at 7 am but CANT count on them to be there.

Driving out of state on vacation and saw signage about this Caribou at an upcoming exit - had to stop as our local Caribou had closed about 5 years ago and we miss that rustic, wholesome coffeeshop experience. We were not disappointed! This shop was fully stocked with comfortable, cozy, coffehouse seating, friendly baristas, an assortment of tumblers and mugs to browse, and of course delicious coffee and tea!

The menu seemed limited compared to the other Caribou Coffee location to which I've been,particularly regarding breakfast wraps and sandwiches. The coffee drink that was ordered, a Caramel High Rise, was also prepared more opulently at the other location with significantly more whipped topping and caramel.

I like Caribou so much better than Starbucks. Really wish we had Caribou Coffee in Richmond. I always have to stop when traveling to Roanoke to get my caribou fix. Need to open more locations please!!

It was a pleasure to find a Caribou coffee shop after seeking one for so long. This one was off the beaten path though and difficult to find. Once I got there though, it was great. I was pleased with the greeting and services. I got a pound of beans and a nice latte. Give it a try.

My boyfriend & I came to the truck stop for our break, and we wanted healthy good quality food & coffee. When you come to the Petro truck area there wasn't a Caribou located in the truckers building.It's located in the front fuel building with the cars the same building as Burger King. Man their oatmeal is amazing! I got cranberry almond oatmeal with a medium black coffee. It was very filling & very delicious! My boyfriend got the blueberry almond oatmeal with his own black coffeel in my opinion his was better both were delish though! Cashier was a sweetheart! I enjoyed my visit here and will definitely be back. Pss the only reason I didn't rated 5 stars is I originally went in to get a turkey bacon egg white with Swiss cheese sandwich. They didn't have any sandwiches available.

The young girl behind the counter was very rude and seemed annoyed and upset. I went to go pee and she grabbed air freshener as soon as i left the bathroom and made sure to let me know that she was going right behind me to spray it. Made me super uncomfortable.

Love this coffee shop!!!! Wonderful people working there and know what their doing. Can make almost anything you set your mind to and have great coffee store food. Great place to stop.

Staff extremely rude I asked for a turtle mocha cooler I got a hot drink. Then they got mad and forgot the ingredients that all went into the drink makes me hesitant to go back
