The customer service is amazing at this location. After a little mixup with our drinks the staff were able to help us out right away.

Stopped here today at 12:00. Was closed due to snow...really came all the way from TN no problem. This was the 3rd timed I stopped here and they always have a reason to be closed. No wonder places like Starbucks do business and succeed when the small businesses don’t want to work!

Suppose to be open at 6 am? Still dark and locked up. Asked the cashier when they open, she shrugged her shoulders and said "when ever she gets here"¡! Yeah there's customer service for ya! If your going to have a business operating at a truck stop then you need to recognize that truck drivers don't have time to sit around and wait. If that's how you want to run your business do us all a favor, take it to a mall.

This has to be the most rude staff I've ever dealt with. I ordered a Mocha Mint Cooler.. the womans son was with her and she wasn't paying attention. She made it hot... even though I said "cooler". Then when I said it was meant to be cold, she snapped at me that "WE JUST WENT THROUGH THAT" and rolled her eyes. Then I left because the whole thing was quite offensive and she started screaming "are you serious??" at me. I wasn't rude to her. There was no reason to treat me like that. The whole thing sucked.

I got the hot turtle moca and it was very good.

We were driving through the area and excitedly stopped for Caribou Coffee after seeing the establishment was open according to Google. They are CLOSED. If your establishment is going to be closed, the owner's should have the decency to update their hours both in the Caribou app (which also says they're open) and on Google for their customers. Based on some of the other reviews I've read, this is an unacceptable, persistent problem.

This is one of the only reasons why we stop at White's and every time we've stopped, Caribou is closed. It has been closed for almost 2 months and the reason always changes. If I lived here, I'd run the place myself. I'm getting ahold of Caribou corporate and suggesting that they revoke the franchise license.

The cleanest and cutest rest stop I've ever been to! You can tell whoever manages/owns it takes pride in the little details - well decorated outside, freshly painted and there were even fresh flowers in the bathroom! (Bathroom didn't make me wanna vom or decontaminate my entire body unlike all other rest stops) Sells really cute merchandise too - simply southern and kavu and ivory elephant to name a few. Coffee was delicious too :] staff very friendly. This will be a go to stop from now on when I'm passing through!

Picked up a bag of daybreak blend. "MY FAVORITE"! I purchased a bag, and she gave me a free cup of coffee for my purchase.
All the Caribou Coffee shops closed in my home area..
This place is in Virginia I-64 EXIST 205. Just a click off the highway near the EXXON Station.
