Caribou Coffee

I was so excited to run across this place. I used to go every day and was sad when it was closed. Ordered a XL mango iced tea with anticipation of enjoying my favorite drink from years ago. Only to have it taste like coffee. You can’t make tea and coffee with the sale equipment. 🤮 Drink gets 0 stars, but upped my review because the girls working there were nice.

The reply by management/owner is to email customer relations however I had already done this prior to leaving a review. I still have yet to get a response to that email. Seems as if this is a blanket reply to make it seem like issues are being addressed, however it has not been addressed.

We got the hot chocolate and chai tea latte which were made to perfection. It's pretty next to the exit on the interstate. Great service by the staff. They were very warm and welcoming. 🙂

This was a nice place to get coffee on our way home from a trip to VA. The coffee tasted great and the customer service was exceptional being that we came right before close. 4 stars, because they were out of a lot of ingredients on the menu board and it was terrible trying to find the place via Google maps. It is within a gas station, so you will have to use the gas station entrance to access this coffee shop. Otherwise, this is a great place for good coffee.

Stopped here after a long day of traveling and got an iced campfire mocha. The employees were super nice and the coffee was amazing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 10+ minutes in line. Once it was my turn to order, was told they technically closed 2 minutes ago. Totally unprofessional. (2/5/23 @ 5:02 pm).

I love Caribou, I do. But, there is a serious problem with work ethic at this location. Opened a hour later than posted time yesterday. Then today they just don't open at all. Well after the posted opening time, employee comes in to post this sign and leave. Total disappointment.

Well last summer I got a really good cup of coffee so I waited hours to come here today driving on the highway I’m sorry that I waited I couldn’t matched if at Cracker Barrel for a fresh cup of McDonald’s.
Caribou changes it to medium roast just like any other cup of coffee it’s a shame I drive from Florida to New England I was counting on it I won’t waste my time again.
Why they have to change it like somebody comes in here every day people usually travelling get something good keep it to experiment

Wow! It looks like a nice coffee shop but i did not have the honors to enjoy it. I was in the area for couple of hours and i thought it would be great place to sit down and do some of my studies on Monday. Guess what they closed at 12:30pm! There was no big reason to close it. And this is the only coffee shop in the area! So sad and disappointing!

Worth stopping for!! Caribou coffee is my favorite and this location was a delightful surprise on our journey! New and very clean travel center attached too. The ladies working were so sweet, they saved me from having to eat cold homemade tomato soup! We will be stopping here again next trip!!! 💕🥰

Great surprise when we were driving through. Staff was friendly and got our customized orders right. Place was super clean and nice.
