Man oh man, I know I'm in for a treat whenever I get something from Haymaker for lunch. I knew I had to leave a review after having their Winter Bleus Burger - hand down, easily, the best burger I have had in the state of Vermont in my three years living here. Y'all are killing it!!
Would add photos but it disappeared before I could!

Wow! Hard to describe the experience here with more than just that word. We had a couple of broccoli and cheddar buns and a Luck of the Irish bun. All were soooooo delicious. Light and airy with flavors that just popped and melted in your mouth. Best breakfast I've had in a long time that I was not expecting. Everything tasted very fresh too! Expect to be wowed if you stop by. Friendly service as well.

Good food and coffee, but constantly out of stock of items. I've worked in the service industry for over a decade and have never seen a business that plans this poorly this consistently. Not a good look to have a line out the door at noon and already be out of lunch items multiple days, or have a limited breakfast menu by 8:30 in the morning.

ARCADIAN-Six of us had dinner out for my Mom’s 90th Birthday this evening. Almost an hour from Burlington, we had been to the location before, but not since it was the Arcadian. The Arcadian had just started dine-in seating again, and we had a reservation for 5PM. We felt welcomed from our entry to our exit. A seat in lower level with river view was the perfect place for our crew. A few words family used to describe the cocktails were creative, balanced and yummy. Brenna, our server was wonderful, engaging and animated, yet sincere. The food was fresh, prepared with thoughtful combinations of flavors and we all savored every bite. The owner came by the table with a bottle of homemade Toschi Nocello (walnut liquor) and 6 cordial glasses, announcing he wanted to do something special for a special persons Birthday. He poured us each a glass and left us to toast our amazing Mom. Though we were full, a few ordered dessert and it did not disappoint. It has been a long time time since the 6 of us had equally amazing meals. The was a fetè, as the Arcadian delivered. GRATZIE!

We had a first-class dinner last night! Our server, Kylie, was a cut above. The food was well-presented, hot, delicious, and fairly priced. Far superior to the last three restaurants at the same locale. Try it, you'll like it!

Fabulous small business that works hard to deliver quality products and takes time to represent small businesses across VT.

Great ambience and italian food! Their selection of wine, cocktails and cuisine, including handmade pasta cleanses any palette. We look forward to our next visit as we were too stuffed to enjoy dessert!

The food is amazing and the staff/service is even better! If you're looking for a local treat, this is it.

The MOST delicious treats, both savory and sweet. So grateful this place exists!

Arcadian: Modern and authentic Italian, creative cocktails, on par with any upscale dining in the northeast, but still at Vermont prices. Haymaker: great buns obviously, other baked goods, and awesome lattes. I think they use brio beans. A bakery that’s actually on otter creek..go figure!
