Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Went through drive through. Ordered a large iced vanilla latte. Easy right? Nope! Waited and she came out with a large hot drink. I reminded her it was supposed to be iced. Then, she came out with a medium iced latte. I told her it should be large and she looked at me in a panic. I told her I didn't have time to wait so I took the one that was ready. Unless I have 10 minutes to wait for a simple drink and want to pay large price for a medium I won't be back.

Coffee has never tasted very good from this location. Today I ordered a Large Frozen Mocha and they didn't put any Coffee in it so it just tasted like bad Frozen Hot Chocolate. How do you forget to put coffee in a drink at a coffee shop? 0/5 will not be going here again.

This is my favorite coffee spot. Super friendly staff. I usually go for a hazelnut latte or a chai, and they never disappoint. Dining area is closed per social distancing measures, but the drive through is open!

Love this Beans & Brews! Quality is always perfect and customer service is amazing! I have a great Breville espresso machine at home that makes bomb coffee but I still get a craving for “Beans” regularly!

I'm sitting in Beans & Brew drinking an iced soy chai, which is pretty tasty. The staff was very nice, and the place looks very clean and well designed. I like the color choices. It's nice to not see the Starbucks green everywhere. Also, these lounge chairs are awesomely comfortable. This place is awesome.

Beans & Brews had always been amazing to me. I had never used the drive-thru before and I didn't see an order window so when I got up to the pay window, he let me go ahead and order my coffee really quick. They're always so nice and accommodating to their patrons. Thanks so much!

It has happened a few times where I get my drink and it has very little in it. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered 2 small white hot chocolates and when I finally was able to start drinking it I noticed it was very light. I opened it and found it was LESS than half full. I asked my mom who got the other one and she said hers was also only half full. That is unacceptable! Especially because this was not the first time. By the time I went to call and make a comment they had closed. I will be calling them tomorrow. No matter if it was right before closing there is no excuse.

This is an ok beans and brews. Nothing spectacular. The folks that work there are ok, none that are friendly and my hot coffees always come out lukewarm. Not to mention they always take a little longish to get your order to you.

Did not have the best experience. I asked for a white mocha, and it was really off, I tasted like jut regular coffee. Also asked for a onion beagle and got a plain one. I was really looking forward for a good breakfast and ended yp with a really disappointing experience.

This is my go-to coffee place in the area. Always quick and friendly service. Sandwiches and coffee are great. And even at their busiest the drive-thru line is never too bad.
