I was so excited to try this place, and it was very cute inside and everything looked delicious. But I walked in and was not even greeted or talked to and then another person came in behind me and were immediately greeted with warm welcomes.
I just stood there waiting to order and nobody paid any mind to me. I left after 5 minutes of being quite literally ignored.

It’s a sad day when a French restaurant utilizes a microwave as a primary way to heat up food before throwing it into a wood fire oven. The poor eggs never stood a chance.
Hope they don’t have a microwave or the same “chef” at Vermilion 45.
In response to the bakery’s response, I love how unabashedly ridiculous you are in your replies to people. 😂 After seeing how you insult your customers, i was excited to see what you’d say to me, and you did not disappoint!!

Very cute and cozy bakery. The staff were very friendly and inviting. The service was very slow because the cashier was also making the espresso drinks.

So glad we stopped here! We had to wait a bit for our food but it is delicious food...plain and simple. Great coffee/espresso selection too.

Simply Wonderful! The staff here is amazing! We have traveled the world and all over France. Kanab Creek Bakery is A proper French bakery! A true patisserie! Yes, an amazing place with freshly made sandwiches, bread, and pastries in Kanab Utah! I.M.H.O. You will NOT find a better patisserie anywhere in southern Utah! Plan ahead as each item is made to order and totally worth it!

The cranberry white chocolate scone was delicious! I also got the cranberry turkey sandwich and the Denali sandwich, which were both delicious. The only thing about the Denali sandwich was the bacon needed to be cooked a little more because I like my bacon crunchy, but that’s just my preference.

We go here almost every weekend now! The food is always DELICIOUS. Especially the hummus and roasted veggie sandwich. Fairly priced, too, given how HUGE the sandwich’s are! My gf gets an iced vanilla latte every time… you won’t regret it.

Original comment: Websites says they open at 7am, google says 8. Showed up at 7:53. Both bakers inside noticed me at the door. Waited till 8:03 while it was 36 degrees outside, no body around. Hospitality at its finest. I was the only person there, it’s cold, welcome me in and give me a cup of coffee while you screw your heads on… heading to Jakey Leighs
Follow up….
Was going to return and give their food a shot, it did sound good and a 1 star review was harsh (it was very frustrating standing outside the window of a local bakery for 15 minutes while the people inside gazed upon me, Again, I was the only one there). I’m glad I didn’t(see response). I’ll change my review to 2 stars for the prompt response and the fact their menu looked good. Their response speaks for itself…. I am a small business owner (responded as my business) and I have been doing landscaping and irrigation work for 16 years. I’ve owned my business for 4 years and assure you I understand what hard work is. I love food and hospitality, not when it looks like this… who are the owners of this business anyways?
