The food and pastries to me are outstanding. I work travel so I'm somewhere new almost every month and these are one of the best if not the best I've had. Staff is friendly... it's just very busy so try to be patient. View/area is stunning. The only reason for 4 stars is the owners attitude. Such a talented person living in such beauty yet this person is so angry and miserable. Why do you continue if you are so unhappy? You are an amazing talent but bringing that to the community isn't worth it if you resent it so much.

Friendly and warm.
You're able to eat your food in the adjoining art gallery.

Food is cooked using a wood fire over.
(It was raining and misty when we went)

I always stop here when I’m in Kanab. Often, I’ll go here every morning I’m in town. All of the baked goods are absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favor and pick up a baguette for the road or for a great sandwich later in the day. The staff are usually very warm and friendly and the clientele are typically cheery and ready to start the day’s worth of adventures in nearby Zion or Coyote Buttes. Kanab is lucky to have this little gem in such a small town!

Authentic Belgian Bakery. Yummy treats and delicious breakfast and lunch options. So many yummy pastries to choose from, you’ll end up buying them all! Great friendly service. Outside dining or you can eat inside the art gallery. Parking is rough, but so is everything in Kanab. A definite must visit while in Kanab!

Terrible location!! Where can you even park?!? We had to park a quarter mile down the street. One of my least favorite bakeries ever I think. We got a handful of different pastries from the case, they looked good but not the freshest taste. Expensive for what we got. Didn't see any cakes or cookies or anything like you would expect in an American bakery. It was mostly croissants and variations of croissants. I was impressed with the oven they have.

Edit: I'm sorry. I didn't mean to offend you good sir. We didn't think your croissants were terrible. They looked amazing in the case. And not for nothing but, a European guy told us you had the most amazing chocolate croissants. That's why we came in the first place. You're probably right, I just need to travel the world. I'm going to increase my rating to a 3 for you because parking is really what brought it down to a 2 star. I shouldn't blame you. I should walk more!

We just had the quiche, but it was underwhelming and it was $14 for an 1/8 of the pie. I felt a little robbed when I opened up the container. Think about this. They are making $112 per quiche. I know the cost of eggs have went up but this seems a little excessive. If there would have been a quarter of the pie in the container and it was spectacular, then this review would be different.

I love this place! Not only do I love their food, but the owners are amazing. Chef Cesidio d’Andrea holds baking classes and teaches us the tricks of French baking. The classes are extremely affordable for the knowledge and baked goods you come home with. He is so generous with his time, experience and food. I wish I lived closer, as I live in Page, so I could support them more often. Heck, I’d work there if I could. It’s a dream bakery in these parts for anyone that wants to work in the trade. I’ve already taken a French bread making class and laminated dough class with him. Next up is a pasta making class!

My girlfriend was served RAW pancakes 3 for $10 with cold syrup (we were offered a small pastry once making it known... but i mean they are pancakes.. come on)
I opted for the quiche because i thought hey, for $14 it probably is a nice little personal sized quiche... I am not joking when i say it was ONE SMALL PIECE of an already made quiche. I was still hungry after I ate my 5 or 6 bites I was served.
30+ minute wait (maybe they need an additional barista or set of hands)
Ran out of bacon by 1030 AM as we stood in line (for a breakfast place, really?)

Fantastic bakery, well worth a stop on your journey. We arrived too late for the quiche so, had the Frittata instead. Other items on the menu look really inviting. Staff very friendly. Situated right opposite Little Hollywood.
