The customer service wasn't great. They were slow and not accomadating. They also charged gratuity and a service fee for non-cash. This is why they don't care about cutomer service. The food was wasn't but not worth the prices they were charging.

The restaurant was nice! The drinks deserve 4.5 ☆☆☆☆▪》 They were super tasty!!!! The food was just ok. Overall, just 3 stars for me. I will be back but probably just for Happy Hour.

This place had great food and drinks atmosphere was calming. Waiter was bomb and jazz player was live we loved our time here. I would definitely go back ...

First impression was the ambience was nice. We couldn't access the patio due to a party which was a bummer. I ordered the Wes fried chicken. The chicken looked and smelled great except it had no flavor. Mac and cheese was not good at all and the collard greens had no seasoning. This was my first time visiting and I'm not sure if I will return. The food quality did not match up with price.

Great food, everything that we ordered came out perfect, very flavorful.. the views nice and the service excellent! We came for Sunday brunch, not crowded, would be perfect for families as well. I highly recommend the Steak and Egg.. cooked and flavored to perfection!

Thank God for free parking!!!
Ambiance: They have such a nice outdoor area, but the lighting is broken as are some of the tables, but if that's fixed it would be such a nice space. Otherwise, the space inside is nice for an intimate dinner when not packed.
Service: Okay. My server came to me and was laughing (she had her air-pod in, so I assume she was on the phone). She forgot our drinks, and we got our appetizer before our drinks. We asked for straws to at least have water and we never got them. She seemed nice but she was not attentive. But I appreciate them taking the food that I didn't eat off of the bill without me having to ask.
Food/Drinks: The snapper was good, and so was the calamari but the dipping sauce for the calamari was extremely salty. The chicken was bland but the skin was crispy. The mac n' cheese was soup-like underneath the top cheese layer. The collard greens were dry. The drinks were pretty good in comparison to the food.
All in all it wasn't my best experience, they explained the different specials they have during the week, but I honestly wouldn't go back. I am disappointed because the reviews seemed very promising.

I had my daughter's Sweet 16th party here this past Saturday, September 10th. The ambiance is very nice. However, the food was very bland. I was surprised because I've eaten here before and the food was good. I'm not sure if they changed cooks but my party plus myself all said the same, the for was tasteless. The food was too pricey to not have flavor. That wasn't good.
I was also surprised that we couldn't go outside on the patio. They allowed the girls to take some pics out there but still surprised because that factored into me having her party there. Oh, and the seating for the backdrop is nice to have but what if you don't want to seat to take a picture???

Barely a 1 star. This place is marketing itself as upscale but we left feeling cheated. While the live music, location and waitstaff were great, the quality and presentation of the food left something to be desired. Our food was served on standard low quality white restaurant plates with dollar store cutlery. We were asked to keep our used silverware after our appetizers were finished. For a restaurant at this price point, I would expect fresh silverware to be distributed with the next course. Cocktails were sugary and watered down. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco. 15 minutes later someone from the bar came to tell us the bottle would be $125 which is outrageous. No wine list was ever offered. Bartender said he might have a less expensive bottle. He went to check and eventually offered a $65 bottle which ended up being a $15 bottle of Josh brand Prosecco. I feel completely ripped off. No chilling carafe was ever provided for the wine. The bottle was just set on the table. Food finally arrived which was heavy and over salted. Even though my sister and I ordered 2 different dishes, the sauce tasted exactly the same and was comprised of same ingredients (fish, spinach, mushrooms, shrimp) so not much variety offered here. Finally we were shocked at an automatic gratuity charge of $46 added to our bill for a table of 3 guests. That’s more than 18% of an overpriced meal! I would not recommend this place to friends. I would hope that management sees this review and either adjusts pricing to align with quality presented or works on better quality, variety and presentation of food.

Ambience was nice..food was ok..socially distanced.. I guess because some of the reviews i expected a tad bit more. The drinks were not the best..i ordered a tropical mojito and it tasted like spearmint gum. Maybe ill go back after the pandemic lets up to see if it will be any different
