What a great time we had . The food was a 10. One of the few places in town that seasoned the food well.

Long long wait even for appetizers 🙄 and they ran out of the stuffed wings. Some of my friends didn’t even receive their meal! Not to mention when I did get my food it was cold and the lambs was very salty. If I could I’d give the rooftop 0 stars. The ambiance is cute but other than that I wouldn’t go back

My husband and I decide to have a date night dinner at "The Roof". The atmosphere was nice, our waiter was excellent, the food was ok. We would have gone back but, when we received our bill there was an 18% gratuity charge on it. We didn't mind paying a gratuity fee but 18% is a bit expensive for two people. I notice on the party event tab on their site 20% is charged for a party of 6 or more. So how is 18% fair for a party of 2. Just not good business.

Food and wine was excellent . We enjoyed ourselves and the host was great . We recommend the Roof . Thanks for a great time

So I took a chance on having my 50th birthday dinner here for me & 26 guests-I was so agitated & disgusted with the poor service & lack of professionalism! 2 weeks prior I had to express to the event coordinator Shannon that her NOT RESPONDING to my multiple texts & calls when asking questions or trying to choose my menu was ridiculous! I was spending $2500 + here & they DO NOT COMMUNICATE unless you go off!
At the venue, Damon was our ONLY-I said ONLY server for 26 people!! There was no water, no utensils, they brought out “WHITE PLASTIC FORKS” with my elegant decor! We asked about 15 times for soft drinks that we ordered & some never received Anything to drink! I was SO embarrassed & agitated!! The only thing positive I can say about this place is that the food was good & that’s why they get 1 star! Otherwise you need to fix things before you want to host events or large parties! This may be why most do t know who you are!! Trust me-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR EVENTS-THIS PLACS IS NOT IT!!!!! #unprofessional #Unprepared #poorcommunication #shameful

New Year's event was terrible, never experienced Worst service like this before. Food wasn't as mention on Everbrite, Dinner Buffet | Champagne Toast | 360 Photo Booth | Live Band |2 DJs |Fireworks | Party Favors, but there was no planned Dinner Buffett basically it was snacks buffet . No waitstaff at all. Paid $400 for four people VIP. But never felt like VIP only band was visible as VIP, they also mention there will be firework / live band there was nothing Only one DJ when two were advertised. if you cant give service as you advertised don't false advertise your events, only mention what you can provide, stop giving high hopes, It was a really a bad experience .I would like a refund.

I reserved dinner for two, about a 5-10 minute wait to be seated. Place was extremely crowded. Ordered drinks as soon as we were seated and waited an hour for the drinks that never arrived, finally just left the place once the tables next to us received their drinks after being seated for only 5 minutes.

LOVED THE LIVE SAXOPHONE PLAYER that was nice! our waitress was cool 😊 !!! Otherwise Just felt like it was overly priced for the QUALITY of the food . We had a birthday dinner there with over 15 people the first issues they wouldn’t let us put the tables together to all sit with each other .. they did nothing for the birthday boy .. (not even a piece of cake..) on top of it 6 of us ordered the shrimp and grits ($33) and each and everyone of us got different size bowls and servings which was not cool in my book.. it’s a nice lounge area to just hang even though my $16 margarita wasn’t even worth it .. we all spent well over $150 for two plates and drinks and was definitely not worth it … I think there are better fancy restaurants to attend to spend that type money 💰 (money wasn’t the issue at all it was the quality of the food for the price )

Wonderful Atmosphere! Best Food and Drinks! The best service ever! Each staff member passes by to make sure you are extremely satisfied and if you need anything else. Beautiful View and the Food is Superb! One of the staff members even played “It’s Our Anniversary “ for our Wedding Anniversary. I highly recommend making a reservation and enjoying the roof top and great food! Will be back very soon!

The DJ was great, however the overall experience was disappointing to say the least. Several tables were stuck all night because the system crashed and no one was able to pay. You’d think the manager would’ve at least come and apologize for the inconvenience or at least help the waitress ring up the checks by hand…or even comp the meals…
