I love coming here to work. My only complaint is that the music is often so loud that I have to shout at the barista and I can hear it over my headphones. When the music is at a reasonable volume, this place is great :)

I love black rock coffee! They have a wonderful medium to dark bean/roast (generally not a fan of lighter/fruitier roasts), and it's aways a delicious experience! Lots of fun syrup and drink options. Baristas are always nice and polite. One of my favorite coffee shops, for sure!

I don't have any complaints over the drinks or staff but the music they play is unbelievably loud and obnoxious. Most people around me are here to work, study, or read books and they BLAST their music here. At one point I asked one of the staffs to lower the volume just a bit as the bass was just out of control. I honestly can't tell if it's been turned down as I'm sitting here writing this review. People don't come here on Monday afternoon to feel like they're at a club. The loud bass is legitimately giving me a headache and I'll stick to their drive-thru if I want to get coffee from here.

Ok….so I may change this review, but as of right now!!!! I love them. I can not drink coffee. I can, but I hate to. I get too jittery and overall just isn’t for me. Starbucks was closed (surprise surprise) so I decided to order from Black Rock, because I saw energy fuel. Omg it was amazing! I have pure energy and alertness no jitters. It was so tasty(I got pomegranate, pineapple, kiwi with a coconut fuel add) ! I can’t wait to actually go into the store to get recommendations on the energy drinks and get more info. I highly recommend based off the drink itself. I will follow up with the overall store experience when I get a chance to drop in on one. So far so good 😊

Critical Failure
Great drinks and experience if a customer.
When picking up as as delivery driver for doordash however, customer services drops to one star.
They seemingly put off making our delivery orders until we walk in and ask about it, but they put it off until after they make everyone else's orders, even if they just placed it. Seen someone place an order 5 minutes after my arrival and get their order first.
Their drink quality when I ordered for myself saved them from a one star review
