Cpl Ray's Coffee - Odessa

Waited in line 15 minutes and when I pulled up to the window I was refused service because all I had was $100 bill.

Line at this location is always long and slow moving. The coffee is usually pretty good. Not made the way its ordered but still tastes ok. Much prefer the Midland location.

I love CPL Rays , I know they’re training but a 35 minute wait in a short line is ridiculous.

Really disappointed that I feel the need to give this review. I usually love this coffee shop, but today didn't live up to their typical standards by a long shot. I ordered and spent $4 for a Chai latte today, and what I got was a cup of hot milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

The coffee here is awesome. They have a very nice selection and most of the employees are kind and courteous. Yes, it is slightly out of the way, but it is well worth the short drive and they have a drive-thru so you don't even have to get out. The inside of the establishment is a sight to see though. Worth going in at least once. This is truly an amazing business model too.

Best coffee in town! Don't waste your money getting bad and overpriced Starbucks when you can give it to people who do a good job, and care about our community. Great work guys!

Manager is extremely unhappy and spreads negativity amongst staff members. Negative vibe upon entering coffee shop. Had a meeting there yesterday with volunteers who help vets and first responders with PTSD and other mental issues. Had to sit at the bar under TV bc there was one man occupying large table. Asked assistant manager to turn sound down on the TV while we were in our meeting. She said the TV was for all customers. She begrudgingly turned volume down. Extremely bad attitudes from management. I've been a frequent customer since you opened your shop many years ago.
Management needs to find employment elsewhere because they very obviously dislike their jobs.

I read reviews for the past 12 months and couldn't help but notice they were all "rave" when Kelsey was the manager.
I returned to the coffee shop Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. and couldn't help but notice the assistant manager was back to her old self.

I stopped by with a group of friends and although I got a plain green tea because I was just very thirsty, I tried my friends “frozen ray ray mocha” and it was absolutely delicious! The shop moves quickly and the staff are so sweet and friendly! Definitely stop in!!

Definitely best coffee shop in town. I always like local place like this ❤️
