i would give absolutely no stars if i could!! they have roaches!!! do not go to this place!! the lady’s there are so snobby and hateful! on their phones instead of trying to ask what you’d like. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Great place to get iced coffee and frappes. The peanut butter and mocha is the best one.

My favorite coffee! The workers are always super nice. You can create so many combinations for your drink which is so fun, the menu is so open with a large selection. The prices are reasonable. The make the drinks pretty quickly. My favorite so far is the mint mocha it’s on the sweet side but it’s so good. I wish they made more Thirsty Turtles outside of the mall hecause i can’t always go on that side of town.

The drinks were okay, but they don't take names so you wait to try and hear your order. One of our drinks we couldn't find and I hear a guy stating that this didn't taste like his drink. He took it up there and gave him his and then they called our the Frappuccino drink he just handed them back. It so happened to be ours, I told the lady that another person had it and she stated that they hadn't drank out of it. I told her that I heard him say it didn't taste right because I was standing right next to his table. She said she guessed she could remake it. So they fixed that part, I just want to warn people to be fast at grabbing drinks because that could happen.

The coffee is very good. Probably one of the best. ONLY reason I give it 1 star is because they NEVER have ice. If you want an ice coffee, you have to go purchase your own ice some place else and bring it in.They don’t even offer you a discount or an apology for the inconvenience. I asked the baristas for a manager and they said they weren’t in. I asked for an email or phone number to contact the owner or management to let them know to fix their ice machine and they couldn’t provide me with one. I wonder if this public review will reach them since they don’t have a private way for the customers to contact them. I’ll change my review to 5 stars once they fix their ice machine

Honestly the coffee was good but lowkey to strong i was on that toilet for hours but other than that 10/10 would definitely recommend but get weak coffee because like I said I was on that toilet for hours on end

odd experience, one of the barista’s spit in my drink while looking me dead in the eyes, i liked it tho she was a hot emo

Standing in line waiting for our turn and the brewsista next in line she didn't even acknowledge or look at us standing in front of her people behind us cut in front the brewsista wouldn't even look at us like we weren't even there...racism because being Hispanic I'm Texan and an American born and raised

Great place. Ordering was easy and the coffee was very good.
